Inspire Fitness is a private personal training studio located in Turners Cross, Cork. We cater for all levels of fitness, from complete beginners to the experienced that need an extra push. We offer fitness classes, 1-1 personal training, buddy packages, student packages, tailored nutrition plans and online coaching. Fantastic experience: Absolutely love training with Inspire Fitness! Started with minimal gym experience and the girls are extremely helpful and motivating!! Can't wait to continue my fitness journey with them!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely love training with inspire fitness all the trainers are so welcoming and motivating they definitely do push you to your limits at every session. I look forward to working out as I know I’ll definitely get a great workout in and I will feel a lot better afterwards. I started seeing results start away, I love checking in weekly to see my progress pictures and getting weekly feedback to keep me on track. I have also learned so much about food and nutrition since joining inspire fitness! I am also so great full for their student deal its amazing! ❤️
