One life Fitness South Terrace

Fantastic experience: I’m from UK and have been visiting my cousin a few weeks ago in Cork. I went to both sites, in South Terrace and Mulgrave Rd, and was very pleased with staff’s attitude and friendliness. I’ll be definitely coming back to this gym! Keep it up guys☀️

Fantastic experience: I Joined the one Life Fitness mid January I found it a very Spacious I delt with a Staff member named David who was very helpful all theire Treadmill faced the road which gave great lightning its Situated near the City easy access by bus the background music was at a nice level as I am in my 60 th I look forward to going their wood Defently Recommend it

Positive experience: The one life fitness gym in south terrace is brilliant! The staff in the gym are very kind and most importantly helpful people. If you go to the gym for the first time, they'll help you out! From treadmills to weights, this gym has all the equipments you need! The gym is spacious in the inside. The environment is great as it's clean and everyone who goes there cleans the equipments after using them. In short, everyone in the gym are aware of keeping healthy for Covid 19 and the gym's service is of great quality. This gym's location is perfect and ideal as it's located in the city where it can attract lots of people to go there.

Fantastic experience: Good gym with friendly staff. It's open plan and spacious with a good collection of equipment, bars and free weights. Women's changing rooms could be a bit more enticing but can't have everything!

Fantastic experience: Cheap and cheerful! The two main reason's for joining were, 1. Early opening times. 2. Annual membership offer of €199. Staff are very friendly, professional and you feel welcome going to the gym, even at 5:55am. The gym itself might not have some of the "Fancy" gym equipment seen in some new gyms, but it has the main equipment needed to get the job done and also a large open area for other various exercises. So far so good!

Fantastic experience: I have been three times here and since the second time I started to feel the change. The training plan is amazing and the staff and the energy of the people attending gives you a lot of motivation. The coaching from the training is very accurate and fit to each particular person demand. I am more than satisfied.

Fantastic experience: Great gym usually loads of space to workout and get the job done. Really happy going here. Avoid 5-7pm on weeks as that when I find it very busy.

Fantastic experience: I joined this gym when it opened earlier this year as it was conveniently located. But I didn't expect it to be such a fantastic gym. I've been a member of many gyms in Cork and I can personally say this is at the top. Fantastic equipment, knowledgeable & friendly staff and if there is any any issues with equipment etc, it is resolved almost immediately. Oh and how can I forget, its probably the cheapest gym in cork to join.

Fantastic experience: My experience in this gym from day one when I had my first session with Elaine to this day where im doing my training on my own has been amazing. Elaine listened to what I wanted to work on most and what I wanted to achieve and showed me how to work the machines that would help me! I sat in on two of her classes and I was so surprised! She took us through what we were doing for the class, whilst doing the class with us! I was so sore for about a week but it's so worth it. I can't recommend this place enough to everyone!

Fantastic experience: Mark gave me a tour of the gym and ended getting me to join. I didnt expect a budget gym to be well equipped, but it's actually better than most of the more expensive gyms in cork, the free weights area is huge too

Fantastic experience: Joined up 2 days ago and could not be happier! All the guys and gals are just brill and super friendly! They make you feel so welcome which I believe it is one of the most important factors, especially when it is my first time ever setting foot in a gym, so great first impressions! Tonight I did a class - beginners weights with the fab Rob, and wow I felt the burn but it made me hungry for more! He was superb and very motivational and he was a laugh as well as helpful. Rob gets a bonus point for remembering my name from the sec I walked in the door to the moment I crawled out the door! Look forward to training and to more classes in F4L. Keep up the great work team! :)

Fantastic experience: I can't rate Fit4less Cork highly enough, has everything you could want from a gym for a very reasonable price! Morning spin classes with Cormac and Elaine are tough going but the lads make them very enjoyable

The staff are all extremely helpful and knowledgeable and great fun. They make each visit enjoyable and I can honestly say I've found the perfect gym for me.

Fantastic experience: I've been to a lot of gyms in the past few years but this one is the best without a doubt. For the price of membership the staff, facilities and overall experience is amazing! I had the pleasure of having one of the trainers, Elaine, talk me through ways I can improve my fitness, diet etc and she has been so so helpful. She made me feel comfortable and still makes regular contact to see how I am progressing! Would 100% recommend!
