Meditation365 Kerry mindfulness meditation in Ireland Teaching Courses on Meditation/Mindfulness

Fantastic experience: I did two six week courses with Jason and found them hugely beneficial.I learned how to "watch from the outside" when dealing with stressful situations.jason now has a guided mindfulness on 'sound cloud' which I have found to be excellent for reinforcing what I have already learned.I would highly recommend this course bearing in mind you will only reap what you put in.It gets better and better the more you practice.Thanks Jason.

Fantastic experience: After taking Jason one day course in Mindfulness Mediation in Kerry. I believe my mind is clearer and i am more focused on the here and now. Fantastic experience: I found the one day meditation workshop very beneficial. I learnt a lot about how to manage my mind and emotions during the day, and felt very grounded and relaxed. I try to meditate some days and find that it makes a big positive difference to my day when I do.
