She assessed my injury and began to explain how it may have happened while working on it and then proceeded to send over a list of rehab movements to aid in my recovery she makes you feel extremely comfortable and relaxed during the session also. Couldn’t recommend anyone else but her!

Fantastic experience: I went to Agnes for a Full Body deep tissue massage as my body was needing some tuning. Agnes provided a brilliant massage which was what I needed and was very professional. It'll be a monthly occurrence for me going forward and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend family or friends to her.

Fantastic experience: I suffered from knee injury and decided to go for complete assessment at AH Athletic Therapy. She pinpointed the injured spot, gave me diagnose and provided with rehab exercises. Explained and broke down the nature of injury so I it was easy for me to understand as well. I had to check in every week to get new progressive exercises as my condition was getting better. Thanks to her extensive knowledge I am much better now and going back to playing football. Couldn't recommend AH Athletic Therapy more.
