MOVE Strength and Conditioning

MOVE Strength and Conditioning is owned and run by Liam Livingston, Liam provides 1 to 1 personal training and small group training sessions to the highest coaching standards with a person centred approach. MOVE is located inside of Oceanic JiuJitsu academy in Donnybrook Commercial Centre, Douglas. Having full access to the matted floor space opens up a huge potential for ground based movement which most conventional gyms and trainers never take advantage of. Combining traditional strength training (Barbells and gymnastics rings) with more unconventional methods (Kettlebells, Bulgarian Bags and floor work) the training system at MOVE is aimed towards providing a fully comprehensive and holistic movement experience.
