Fantastic experience: I trained with Rob for a number of years prior to getting a full knee replacement. I continued training with him after my knee replacement. He was a fantastic support in my knee rehabilitation journey. He is excellent at explaining an exercise but also ensuring you are doing it correctly. He tailors every move to my needs. I highly recommend him as a personal trainer. I look to forward to training with him & his cheerful manner for many more years to come.

Fantastic experience: Have been trainning with Rob over 2 years now. Very impressed with his professionalism and personality. Each session is designed to exactly what I need and sometimes what I want (I never get the lighter weight or less raps no matter how much I want them.). Rob really knows how the muscles work and connects to each other. Especially when I got pain after exercise, he always have trick to help. Save me several trips to the physio. Highly recommend!!!!
Fantastic experience: Having had back surgery I went to Rob initially for rehab sessions to build strength back up but ended up continuing my sessions with Rob beyond that period. Rob is a fantastic personal trainer and tailored and tweaked my plan continuously as we set different targets. I have now put the surgery long behind me but thanks to Rob I'm now in the best shape I could have imagined and would highly recommend working with him.

Rob is very collaborative and is keen to share his expertise with you. He has the right balance of motivating and challenging you which is great. His playlist selection can be questionable at times ;-)
Fantastic experience: Great facility and Rob is a really super Personal Trainer. Really understands the mechanics of how the body works and can therefore give precisely the right exercise or stretch to solve a problem or build up strength in a particular muscle or area. Good fun as well
Fantastic experience: Rob has done the unthinkable. Bit by bit...one little step at a time...he has transformed my attitude to, appreciation for, and the results I see from, exercise. I dreaded the gym...and it showed in my complete lack of consistency. Rob somehow broke this cycle. I now look forward to my sessions with Rob and also have learned to enjoy the gym on my own. I'm feeling the benefits everywhere...energy levels, sleep quality, mental acuity, and shirt size.

Fantastic experience: I have been personal training with Rob and he is so approachable, very friendly, easy to get on with, and a fantastic mentor to have to reach my goals. He has helped me to tone up and get fitter and stronger. My body is slowly changing and I feel so much better for it and stronger physically. Mentally I love that I can forget about home life for the time that I am training with Rob & concentrate on me and also when I see the results it motivates me to carry on and not stop. Fantastic experience: Rob is an exceptional trainer. He has great interpersonal skills, a high level of knowledge and is very perceptive of your fitness strengths and abilities. He adapts your training program to your personal goals, abilities and lifestyle. Even during a session, he will instantly adapt the exercises if you’re struggling with a particular movement or exercise. I’ve recently had back surgery and attended weekly 1-1 sessions with Rob in the months leading up to surgery. He helped me hugely in preparation for the procedure, tailoring the training program to reduce my back pain and protect my back injury, with a keen focus on core strength and overall mobility. I can’t wait to get back in the gym with Rob once I’ve healed.

Fantastic experience: Rob is an amazing trainer with a positive attitude and top of his game. Each session Rob creates a unique variety of exercise which have challenged my abilities. Its a no nonsense work out which demands your best. Robs knowledge of using your own body weight to achieve your goals and making you stronger is by far the best training that I have ever done. He also has helped to strengthen physical weakness that have historically held me back. Its great to finally have found a trainer that you can see and feel yourself getting stronger and look forward to your session.

Fantastic experience: I have been attending Robs gym classes for a few years now and started personal training in August 2020. Rob is an excellent and very knowledgeable trainer, who will motivate you in every class & session. His classes are never boring & they are always very challenging, however he will adapt any exercise/movement if needs be. He always focuses on proper technique and is excellent at breaking down each movement, so you fully understand how to complete the exercise correctly. I cannot recommend Rob highly enough as a trainer.

Fantastic experience: I am very excited about the work I have doing with Rob over the past few months - the main emphasis being on detailed and deliberate movement. Needless to say, a workout isn't a workout unless done with precision. Rob sees precisely everything and patiently encourages correct form and technique while talking you through what you should be feeling and where, while in motion. Be prepared to work hard but know your work will not be in vain... until you hear Rob's cue for 'Reset' when you get to start all over again. And again. Until the exercise in question is perfect! Fantastic experience: I’d highly recommend Rob, as a Boot camp instructor he can empower you to workout to your absolute limit without you even realising it. He is a stickler for technique so every muscle used gets the maximum benefit in every session, you leave every session having given it your absolute best and looking forward to the next! As I have struggled with shoulder injuries for years I started doing PT sessions with Rob to prevent this problem from recurring. This has been a game changer, by slowly improving upper body posture and strength I can now exercise to a new level, first time in years!!! I can’t recommend highly enough. Thanks Rob

Fantastic experience: Rob's training has thought me so much about body movements and practising the currect form. Only this year has Rob gotten me to a stage where I can practise free handstands, ring work with a front and back lever hold and aswel as a stronger core. I would highly recommend anyone who wants to get away from the normal gym routines and experience new ways of exercises to achieve bodily fitness and grace of movement.
