At Jason Quan Personal Training we help frustrated individuals who are looking to drop body fat, building muscle and improve their fitness levels. Personal Training is delivered in a private studio in Kilkenny City. Just you and the trainer so you can maximise your training and results. Training sessions last between 45-55 minutes Each client is is given a full consultation before they start so we can see where you are now and where you want to be, from there we work together on building the most realistic plan for you and your goals. You’ll be educated on everything from training, nutrition and lifestyle to set you up for future success. Our mission is to inspire, educate, and motivate as many people as we can.
