Fantastic experience: Great boxing gym. I'm always smiling and exhausted walking out the door after a session. Keith and Cian are great coaches and will push you hard. The sessions are technically challenging and the combo's taught are related to how and why you would use them in the ring. The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend it .

Fantastic experience: Do yourself a massive favour and at least try one class! Keith, Cian, Stephen and John will sort you out. I am a woman, nearly 50, a single parent, perimenopausal and dealing with unexpected grief. What else can I do but knock the stuffing out of a punch bag?! I always feel better as my Bambi weakened legs take the stairs down to the exit. Boxing is by far the best exercise I have ever done

Fantastic experience: I'm over 30 years of taking part in different sports and training in Gaelic football, soccer, kickboxing, boxing, personal training, and various endurance events from 5Ks to marathons. The last 8 months at Hooked Boxing have been the most rewarding and enjoyable of them all. The classes are well-structured, challenging, enjoyable training sessions with a focus on a high level of technique if that's what you want. Not only have I learned a lot more about the sport, but I’ve also reached possible the best physical shape I've been in my 30 years of training. Hooked stands out for community, passionate coaching, technical training and challenging but enjoyable training for all levels. Highly recommended for anyone interested in boxing or overall fitness. Fantastic experience: I'm a GAA player who started my pre season with Hook boxing. I wanted to try something different for my pre season preparation and meet up with Keith (the owner) to discuss a different style of fitness. I would highly recommend Hook boxing for all levels of fitness. The classes are brilliant.

Fantastic experience: My teenager loves her classes with Keith and felt at ease from the word go with no previous experience of boxing. I loved my classes too and can't wait to get back to them!
