Positive experience: Great gym, well qualified coaches who take group coaching sessions. Everyone in the gym is very welcoming and various equipments and gear are available for use. The gym casters to people of all fitness levels.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend! Great for all levels of fitness. Myself and my girlfriend joined a few months ago and have both really enjoyed our time. All the members are super friendly and the coaches are brilliant - the classes are never over full so the coaches give everyone the time that’s needed. The gym and equipment is always clean, but come ready as there isn’t a changing room (there are toilets of course). Definitely get in touch with the owners (Mark & Thammy) if you’re wanting to join.
