Fantastic experience: I've done hair transplant back home but I've been doing my PRP and Mesotherapy sessions with MovMore for some time now and I can see a progress in my hair growth. Dr Ana is amazing professional, all staff members here are lovely. Pricing is way less compared to other clinics offering PRP and Meso. Plenty of parking in the roads nearby.

Negative experience: I had an injectable vein removal treatment, and my veins were never the same after that. Not only did the veins not disappear, but the situation has actually gotten actually worse to date. I later saw a specialist, and he told me in his opinion the clinic had damaged and stained my skin. Based on my experience I do not recommend this aesthetic clinic to anyone.

Fantastic experience: I recently had a lymphatic drainage session with Jessyca. She is an excellent professional. Her work is fantastic.

Negative experience: Please avoid this place unless you want to be scammed. I booked in for a consultation for laser tattoo removal due to the relatively competitive prices advertised online. I had to pay a €40 deposit ahead of time for my consultation, which could be later redeemed from a treatment. When I arrived, the lady took me to the back room and gave me a very quick run through of the procedure and offered me a session on the spot, without signing any forms or doing any health assessment, etc. She also said the removal would only take three sessions, which I knew wasn’t correct. As I had travelled into the city and already paid a deposit ahead, I went ahead and had a session. After my session, the lady took me to the front receiption, where two girls sat. They spoke in a different language together and I was handed a piece of paper that had €240 handwritten on it. I asked what this was for and the girl said “three sessions”. I asked her if I could just pay for one session and she laughed and said “no”. I then told her that I would only be paying for one session today. I also reminded her that I had already paid €40 ahead of time, which she seemed unwilling to communicate with me about. They spoke together for a few moments again in a different language. She then handed me a piece of paper with €90 written on it. I knew I was only due to be charged €70 as per the price advertised on the website but I felt pretty uncomfortable and did not want any more back and forth so I just paid the €90 and left. 6 weeks later, having had a consultation with a different laser removal provider, who told me my tattoo should have been significantly faded after the first session, my tattoo looks exactly the same.

Fantastic experience: today i decided to do something for myself and visited this clinic which immediately caught my eyes with its professionalism when i was looking for such a place on the internet. at the beginning i was welcomed very nicely, the ladies tried not to make me feel shy and everything went very smoothly. Mrs. Ana Carolina is an angel. you could talk to her about any topic, she was a very nice and open person. this hour passed like 10 minutes. from the very beginning i received an analysis of my face and a recommendation of products that would work which i really appreciate. the procedure itself was very pleasant, it didnt hurt at all. if someone can fall asleep quickly i dont recommend it because its really THAT comfortable it was my first experience in such a place and not the last for sure! i recommend it with all my heart ❤️

Negative experience: Fiz o botox da promoção e acho que é uma marca suspeita, pois não obtive o resultado esperado,mesmo após o retorno não ficou bom, precisei fazer um novo retorno,NINGUÉM faz 2 retornos ai ja se ve que o produto é bem fraco( além de insatisfeita tempo e dinheiro perdido) e mesmo assim não ficou como era para ficar,Não indico. Já fiz botox outras vezes e não sou leiga. Estou preocupada agora com a qualidade do Radiesse que foi aplicado. Na primeira vez que estive na clínica (este an) só de terem achado que eu era um l@dr@o e terem me impedido de entrar (eu estava bem arrumada)u já deveria ter fugido,ignorei os sinais. Negative experience: I recently booked a skin cleansing with diamond peeling at this clinic, but my experience was highly unsatisfactory. Midway through the procedure, the aesthetician, Jessica, unexpectedly offered a "chemical peeling" instead of the diamond peeling I had booked, without mentioning any additional cost. Upon completion, I was shocked to find out that I was charged 150 euros instead of the initially agreed upon 70 euros. Despite voicing my concerns, the clinic only offered apologies for the misunderstanding and insisted on me paying the full price. This lack of transparency and poor communication regarding pricing left me feeling cheated and disappointed. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone seeking professional skincare services.

Negative experience: Agendei um procedimento com dias de antecedência, tanto o horário quanto o local (enviaram localização e como chegar) foram confirmados. E no dia que me programei pra ir dou de cara com o estabelecimento fechado. Fiquei na chuva e no frio tentando entender o que havia acontecido. Quando eu entrei em contato me disseram que meu agendamento era na outra unidade e ainda cobraram se eu estava chegando pq estava atrasada. Disseram que haviam cometido um “erro”, mas sequer houve um pedido de desculpas. Erros acontecem mas devem ser manejados de forma de recuperar a confiança do cliente no serviço, não foi o que aconteceu. Não me senti segura em realizar procedimentos, desmarquei o atendimento.

Fantastic experience: The place is nice. Andrea was really kind and accommodating. She explained each procedure before proceeding to perform them which relieves some anxiety. She’s brilliant. After the treatment, I can say I really felt a difference, pain was better and mobility wise is improved. I will definitely come back for another session to gain full recovery from my tendinitis. I recommend for people suffering muscle/ mobility problem.

Negative experience: Really disappointed with the post care of my physiotherapy treatment. Leo was great when he saw me for the first time. I’d need some exercises to follow up with the treatment, since my back was killing me. I ended up in pain cause he never sent me those and I also tried to contact their receptionist lots of times. The answer was always the same: “We will contact Leo and let you know about it.” But they never really did. That’s a shame to pay 90€ and get no answer once you are in real pain waiting for the exercises to get better.

Negative experience: Terrible experience. Had an under-eye filler done last year but it accumulated and became bags under my eyes. Returned to the clinic to remove it after a few months of living out of Ireland. Removing the product was done but as expected it wasn't removed only where it was accumulated but in all the under eyes area. Asked to get the fillers again as I have paid for them already and wasn't my fault that it had to be removed, went to the clinic and a friendly staff injected a bit of filler and said to let her know how it would go. Still have to inject more for the areas where it was removed and the owner Michelle charged me 140€. The full price is 200€. When it was removed they should have returned my money and not charged me almost the full price to fix their mistake. Going to another place to fix it and do not recommend this clinic to anyone else.

Positive experience: I really liked the treatments, I seen results and all the staff are brilliant specially Jessica, she is so great every time she would make my day happier. Said that the only downside is that I actually wanted to have had a chat in the end about the final result of the treatment I would maybe have kept going with it or done something else, they took pictures and measurements at the start but it was never compared in the end, I asked the receptionist if I should book a day to do it and she said it wasn’t necessary. But as I said really good place and I really recommend it
