Fantastic experience: I just had an amazing experience with waxing with Erin, she was so professional so quick and reassuring as I’m pregnant and was so nervous getting waxed! She is just amazing at what she does! I’ll be back to get my wax before my due date. Thanks again Erin ❤️

Negative experience: My partner had a pedicure done today at lanu which she has had done numerous times before and has always had a good experience but today was really bad. She was running a few minutes late and tried to ring to let them know but couldn’t get through and then when she arrived was told the full pedicure could not be done as she was late which she accepted but the staff member never spoke to her once throughout the whole appointment and any other staff member she dealt with was also very rude on the day. She will definitely not be visiting again which is disappointing after so many good experiences with lanu but she would not feel comfortable going back.

Fantastic experience: I loved Celine from the moment I met her. She has so much experience, and you can tell straight away she is a complete professional and has been doing the job that she loves for many years, as she guided me through my treatment,(hydrofacial) she thought me a lot about what’s best for my skin, I found her tips to be super helpful. I will definitely be booking another treatment again soon. Celine was really nice and cheerful, and very happy to help. I highly recommend her!!! 5 stars all the way.

Fantastic experience: Cannot recommend Lanú beauty salon enough, parking right outside and a beautiful salon. It was my first time going today and I'll definitely back soon, Derek was so welcoming when I arrived, then I had an amazing back/neck and shoulder massage from Emma, I also had an Aqua 3 Hydrafacial and my skin feels amazing! Emma personalised both the massage and facial to suit my personal needs and I can't recommend her enough either!

Fantastic experience: Fantastic service as always. Seen Wendy for a facial and massage/reflexology/reiki package and it was absolutely amazing. She recommend the best facial for my skin and I'm delighted with the result. Came home relaxed and ready to take on the world.

Fantastic experience: I went for the Vitality package and it was just heavenly. It included a full body massage and facial. Erin was absolutely amazing, she made me feel so comfortable and at ease when i arrived. The massge and facial was a 10/10, and Erin was great at answering all my questions and gave me good advice for my skincare I will definitely be going back again soon!

Fantastic experience: Been going here for a few months now for laser hair removal treatment and can't recommend enough. Staff are so friendly and accommodating. Really knowledgeable about the procedures and happily inform you before, during and after to make sure you're well informed and comfortable throughout your visit.

Positive experience: Aqua 3 Hydrafacial was just amazing. From the facial itself to the fabulous massage I could have fallen asleep for an hour or two afterwards. It is slighlty more expensive than some of the other facials but in my opinion, it is so worth it. It's like the Holy Grail for facials. Derek (the owner at the desk) is just a bucket of information and any skin concerns you have he does his best to address and he doesn't make you feel self conscious about the concerns you are sharing. I just love Lanú. I have a few recommended treatments to try out to target fine lines and therefore I will be back to these lovely people very soon. Thanks a million Teresa

This was my first time ever going for a back and neck massage after a bad accident a few years ago & heavy lifting. I was greeted by Lauren who was brilliant. Lauren gave me a few minutes to unwind and get settled. The experience with Lauren was professional and friendly, she gave me great advice as to how to help me on my journey with recovery. The atmosphere is very relaxed and a nice environment to be in. I will be back again in a couple of weeks for another session. Lauren was able to pin point areas of my back and neck that needed extra attention. The results for me was immediate this was not a way of medical recovery for me but to give me relief from pain and I feel great after this and happy to write a review. Will be recommending to friends and family. J :)
