Fantastic experience: I did the class with Carolina today and it was great! She was super motivating, the class was fun and she made sure we worked out every part of the body! I just wish the studio itself would have some changing rooms or a curtain of some sort

Fantastic experience: Love Ellie’s class. I have shoulder injury and was reluctant to get back to pilates reformer but she really helped me and guided me through the class! Also love the location.

Positive experience: My last day in Dublin and after working out for several hours the last three days I thought I would have a mellow Pilates class before heading to the airport. I was wrong. Hah. I did the Level 2 Dynamic and it was challenging. I liked the moves. The studio is beautiful. The instructor was very nice. But it was a boring class. There was no music. I personally think musicality in nearly any fitness class is very important and helps create a fun and motivating class. Especially when it is a more challenging moves. Maybe that is just the instructor’s personal preference when teaching but if I was local I wouldn’t rush back to a class without a good music vibe.

Fantastic experience: Platinum Pilates has changed my life. I’m absolutely obsessed. It’s challenging and more addictive than any other fitness class. You start to see incredible improvement in flexibility and strength by your 6th class. Try all the studios and instructors as they’re all so unique and worthwhile

Fantastic experience: I have been using the wonderful skills of the physiotherapists in Platinum Pilates for a few years now, they are my "go to" when my pain levels are no longer bearable. The secret is that they listen to you and then look after you with great care and I appreciate the hard work they have put into keeping me mobile over the years. My next step is pilates...the time has come to listen to my physiotherapist and my body!!! Thanks again to Ben and Eimear

Fantastic experience: Ben has been exceptional in understanding what treatment and guidance was needed. I had been been passed around many spine specialists and pain management experts but did not receive the advice and physio programme which was much needed until meeting with Ben a few months back. Currently transitioning to Pilates exercises which I wouldn't have foreseen in my immediate future. Would highly recommend Ben.
