I know she puts a lot of preparation into her classes & the Pilates routine is different every week which helps to keep things interesting.

Fantastic experience: Stepping into Ber's cabin, where you are instantly greeted with a smile and welcome is one of life's true gifts. Ber is exceptionally talented at what she does. I have been attending reflexology sessions for 2 years and I always leave feeling lighter and more grounded. Ber has an innate talent for connecting with her clients. Not to mention the calm relaxing environment when you enter the salon. The ideal place to escape to away from the busy world we live in. Ber is a true professional.

Fantastic experience: Beauty and Beyond offers a 5 star service. The salon is so serene and Ber is a fantastic beauty therapist with a vast knowledge of beauty treatments and what's right for each particular client. Never a hard sell. I haven't tried the reflexology yet but hearing fabulous reviews.
