Fantastic experience: The Pilates Lounge is a lovely studio in Rush. I loved my time there learning Pilates as a beginner. Everything was spotlessly clean, it was warm and the teacher was great. I hope to get back there soon.

Fantastic experience: Louisa runs the most amazing Pilates studio. Her passion and enthusiasm are unmatchable, we call her the Duracell bunny (as in, she keeps going and going...) and she really knows her stuff. Her method of teaching is unique and super user friendly. She’s so focused on keeping the body corrected during the exercise whilst being really positive and encouraging. I’ve been doing her classes on-line too. I couldn’t do without them now. I’m also a Pilates Instructor and Physiotherapist and she’s definitely the best I’ve come across.
