Fantastic experience: i've been boxing with paul for 15 years and have enjoyed every minute of training, competing and learning at rush boxing. the lads who train there are all welcoming and helpful and nice. i've been to several clubs around the world as a visitor and can say first hand from experience that this is the best club around. if you're thinking of going there to train, you won't be disappointed. it's a great environment to learn and improve your skills.

Fantastic experience: Brilliant gym. Paul Cowzer is a great coach. Lovely, easy manner while keeping things moving. Loads of boxing bags, there's a boxing ring, ropes. Great stuff.
