Fantastic experience: Just finished my second online Pilates session with June and I really can’t rate it highly enough! Most lads in their late 30’s, including myself won’t spend 5 minutes a week stretching in any way but these 45 minute sessions go so quickly and my lower back feels great since. The best part for me was the flexibility to do it at home when I get a chance and June’s classes are beginner friendly . 100% recommend this to anyone having back trouble. I’ve been to so many physio’s and June is exceptional!

Fantastic experience: I visited June as I have a prolapsed lumbar disc and tennis elbow. I immediately felt at ease due to her kind and friendly nature. After several sessions, where she taught me stretches and exercises, I am recovering well. Her approach is gentle, empathetic and she works with your lifestyle, not against it. I've been to physios before who told me to give up the things I loved as it wasn't helping with my injury. June showed me how to keep doing those activities but with a few adjustments. June is a wonderful physiotherapist - not just for her experience and knowledge, but for her caring and understanding.

Fantastic experience: June came recommended by my GP, Dr. Fiona O'Connor. I found June to be very attentive, thorough, and friendly. She spent 40 minutes conducting the initial check-up, explained my issues in great detail, and created an exercise program for me. My shoulder issue was resolved after the first week of following the exercises. I would highly recommend June to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Just started my first Pilates class with June at Straffan Physiotherapy last week and really enjoyed it. The class is for beginners which suits me and it moved at a good pace along with clear instruction. Did feel a bit sore the day after so I must have listened and done something right! Fantastic experience: June is really great. From the first moment I met her I felt so comfortable in her care and I felt that she really listened to me. She gave me a simple and effective plan to follow and I feel confident that I can build up my strength to avoid a re-ocurrance of my injury. Easy to find, easy to book, easy to contact and good value for money. I'd have no hesitation going back to see her again or recommending her to someone else.

Fantastic experience: I attended June with back, leg and nerve pain this May 2024 following the recommendation of a friend that June is a Clinical Specialist in this area. June's professionalism and care followed through for each appointment. The initial appointment, June took a detailed history of what brought me to her ( I was very impressed at this stage) She looked at my recent and past MRI reports. Then she made a clinical assessment of me from both a standing position; how I walked, what I could / couldn't do. Then she examined me on the physio table. June deduced from this where my problem areas were & worked on them. Then she put a plan in place, the exercises I had to do daily which she had already demonstrated. I was also sent an email with a link showing how to do these series of exercise. These exercises were built up with each appointment as my pain reduced & flexibility returned. In the begining if I was in doubt as to whether I was doing the exercise correctly, I could watch the video. I could also contact June if I had any problems. June liaised with my GP practice re pain management, this was a first ! I can't recommend June enough, she is excellent, kind, patient and she listens and will only set attainable goals for her clients

Fantastic experience: Having been to June in 2023 with back pain, she got me into a medical centre within days of visiting her. While having tests done she kept in constant contact with me. I got to the cause of my back problem, and am now doing pilates classes with June, which I find very good during recovery. She gives you different options for the exercises , starting with easy and build up to your own body strength. This is my second referral that she has done for me within a year. I can only class her a super genius.

Fantastic experience: I suffered a severe bout of bursitis on my left heel, couldn't wear most shoes and limped badly, only getting relief when sitting. June brought me back to health, her help with exercises and treatment but also with my sometimes negative feelings about recovery were so good I am now pain free and back hiking.
