Found this recipe a couple of weeks ago & I love it!! You can batch cook a load of sweet potatoes in the oven & freeze them to use when needed. Just playing with a few moves on my Pilates Soft Ball, it’s the most versatile piece of equipment!! When I go on holidays I bring this, a long band, Activation band & my Trigger point balls with me to keep my back mobile & pain free.
