Fantastic experience: I first starting seeing Sarah for an Achilles injury in December. Sarah provided great support and a clear plan to overcome my injury. As a runner I found it very frustrating being unable to run but Sarah gave me a very clear progression and tailored plan that allowed me gradually return to running one step at a time as I recovered from my injury. By April I was back to running regularly and almost back to normal - just need to get my fitness back!! Would definitely recommend Sarah for anyone struggling with an injury.

Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend Sean (Flanagan) at Peak Physio. I had an issue with my elbow (Medial epicondylitis) which Sean helped me resolve in a few weeks through a mixture of accurate diagnosis, spot on treatment and very good rehab plan. Sean also provided me with an excellent follow up service to assist me with achieving goals of improving fitness and strength generally which in turn will hopefully lessen my risk of injuries in the future.

Fantastic experience: Alice is the best... I train for Ironman, and I put my body through it. She has put me back together quickly and accurately a good few times. My wife also goes to her. You're in excellent hands .

Fantastic experience: I went to physio after physio and never had any relief. But when I met Sean he took a differnt approach he took me through a great program to build up those tired injuries i have had for a very long time. I had 4 injuries that were all agravated at once I instantly felt better after month 1 no pain or aggervation during or after training. Ive had the best experience with Sean he's so knowledgeable. Fast word to now I'm back lifting weights and dead lifting slowly progressing and my confidence is beaming I feel like I know my triggers and I can identify when my muscles are feeling overworked and I know exactly what to do if I get a flare up. I can't thanks Sean enough he's simply the best physio thank u so much

Fantastic experience: I had gone to Peak Physio this year with an insertion Achilles injury which had plagued me for a while and stopped me doing most activities. I have done an event called the Art O Neill challenge twice before; it’s an ultra self navigated event from Dublin to Wicklow at night. Previously it was 53k but in recent years its been lengthened. I went to Alice in PP to help me and she able to resolve it in no time and put me in a position where I could head back out into the hills and start training with enough time to be able to attempt the challenge. On Saturday 13th Jan I crossed the finishing line after 16 hours on the hills; 64k in distance a total ascent of around 2 Carrantuohill’s. Bottom line is that without Peak Physio, I couldn’t have done it. Full stop. Cant recommend them highly enough.

Fantastic experience: I can't recommend Sean at Peak Physio enough. I had shoulder tendinitis with pain that stopped me doing pull ups among other things. Sean worked with me in the gym and gave me specific exercises to target the area progressively working towards getting back to pull ups. After 5 sessions I've just managed 9 strict pull ups with no pain at all! Thanks a mil Sean

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend! I had knee pain only a few weeks out from a half Ironman. Sean was great, came up with a rehab plan that still allowed me to keep running and build up the miles as the knee recovered. Great that it is located in a gym so we could work through the rehab exercises at each session.

Fantastic experience: Sean Flanagan worked on an upper back issue. I saw immediate results from the treatment and i received an excelled rehab plan that helped prevent any reoccurring injury. Excellent treatment, and follow up provided.

For a long time, I had consistent pain on back/shoulder and I thought it will never go away. After few month of works with Alice, the pain was gone and i am stronger than ever!

Fantastic experience: Excellent clinic! I used to visit Declan and Shane, which are both great. They helped me with severe neck pain and headaches and also with foot pain. The diagnose was always accurate and the right treatment was provided. After a few sessions, my condition quickly recovered. Highly recommend place!

Fantastic experience: After a year and a half of increasing pain and discomfort, I wasn’t sure there was any hope for me for relief from my shoulder injury. Alice (and occasionally Sarah) worked closely with me and slowly but surely things began to improve. She helped line up a consultant she recommended for further treatment. I am 95% pain free now and I’ve gotten my life back! I’m very grateful and highly recommend Peak Physio.

Fantastic experience: Super happy with my experience at Peak Physio in Ballsbridge. Friendly staff and was seen by Sarah who is an excellent professional therapist. I was recently referred to Physio due to reoccurring severe neck pain which was preventing me from carrying out normal daily activities and impacting on my work. Sceptical due to previous poor experiences with Physios, I wasn't expecting much. However thanks to the patience and perseverance of Sarah guiding me through Physio its been a night and day change. It was and continues to be a process but I have gone from very limited movement in my neck and constantly taking medication to get through the day to function, to having full range of motion in my neck and being virtually pain free most days. Very grateful for all the help Sarah provided during this period and would highly recommend her and Peak Physio for anyone requiring Physio.

Fantastic experience: Petra was fantastic in sorting out my back pain. There was a huge improvement after only one session and it was completely gone after a few more. Petra gave me exercises to do at home to help get rid of the pain before giving me more to build strength to help prevent it happening again, and even reached out to see how I was doing after our sessions had ended. He quickly identified wrong diagnosis by another physio in another practice, getting me on the right path to recovery. He has helped me weekly get me towards my goal(s). I had used Peak previously & returned for further sessions, which were really beneficial and gave great pain relief... Fantastic experience: Completed 10 classes of beginners Pilates with Sarah. Zoom worked really well, Sarah great teacher, very clear. Pilates easier than yoga and great for stretching. Learnt a lot of useful exercises.

The entire Peak team and online classes are very helpful. When I showed up, I could barely walk downstairs but am now back to running without pain. Excellent functional therapy.

Fantastic experience: I've been a recurring visitor of peak physio since 2017, while seeking shockwave treatment/improvement to what a previous surgeon and "specialist' diagnosed as chronic achiles tendonitis. That one appointment was enough to fix what had been a long standing issue, affecting my quality of life for over 4 years. Since then, I have become a regular visitor for performance training (physio assisted training with a focus on mobility and performance), having worked with multiple staff since then - Scott, Sarah, Eoin, Laura and lastly, Alice, with whom I have been trained and treated for nearly a year now. I can't recommend Peak Physio enough. During this time I have had multiple issues encompassing calves/achiles, hamstrings, piriformis/sciatica, shoulder/rotator cuff injury and various sprains. Staff is very accommodating and friendly.

Fantastic experience: I had been suffering with shoulder/neck pain and needed some where I could visit during work hours. After two sessions Alice had done wonders and the pain has all but gone. Even after the first session some exercises and advice I noticed the change. I received all the exercises by email with well explained instructions which is a great help. Fantastic experience: Laura is great - friendly, really knows her stuff and doesn’t prolong the treatment unnecessarily. Got me through plantar fasciitis and a bruised metatarsal in time to run the Dublin Marathon last weekend.

Fantastic experience: I've been going to Sarah with a variety of injuries down through the years, she moved to peak physio and have kept going to her as she has been able to sort out my various injuries (been loads). The facilities here are brilliant too, it's linked to a gym and they have use of this too which is used to support with various recoveries. No issues recommending Peak Physio, all staff very approachable and knowledgeable.

Fantastic experience: Gary not only sorted my very persistent case of plantar fasciitis but also addressed the cause ..... he was always good-humoured and patient and I’m now pain free - Gary listened very carefully and was very encouraging. I followed all his advice, a course of shockwave therapy combined with learning how to walk correctly sorted my pain. I can not recommend Gary enough - Thanks a million, Noeleen.

Positive experience: Always found the team very professional and have helped me back to full fitness a number of times from a variety of injuries. My only gripe is the max appointment time is 30 mins which seems a lot for €55. The usual physio time elsewhere is 45 mins. I understand it's ballsbridge and the guys use a lot of newer techniques such as shockwave and dry needle. However sometimes it feels youre talking for 10 mins and getting treated for 15 then out the door. Other than that I find the guys excellent

She gave me exercises to do at home and at my desk in work which have helped hugely and sped up my recovery. And she also converted me from being someone who strongly dislikes needles, to someone who loves acupuncture! Not something I ever thought I would say! She was able to explain the mechanics in a simplistic way for me to underatand and ensured the exercises were manageable at home. The on-site facilities are excellent and allow for all exercises to be completed.

The clinic is really easy to find with plenty of on street parking or areas around to lock a bike. Really flexible opening hours too. Would have no hesitation in recommending.

When I injured my leg at training one night, I got in touch with Eoin and he ensured he got to see me first thing the following morning to diagnose the injury. He put my mind at ease, told me how to speed up the healing process, gave me exercises to strengthen it, and made sure I came for follow up consultation if required. Very competitive prices for various treatments. Top quality facilities for rehab sessions and providing demonstrations of strength and conditioning exercises. Excellent all round service.

Fantastic experience: I went to peak physio for a rehab programme after ankle surgery. I had Andy for the 10 weeks. Found the programme he set out to be really well structured and very goal orientated. They use video analysis of your technique in the gym to improve your performance which I found to be an extremely effective way of making sure you remembered your exercises and do them properly. All in all I found the Andy and Eoin to be really professional and accommodating and would recommend them to anyone.

Fantastic experience: I was treated at Peak Physio for a neck and shoulder injury in February. Eoin correctly diagnosed the source of the injury and got me back on the pitch at full strength within a couple of weeks. Currently back with Eoin, getting treatment for a hamstring strain. Eoin provides a comprehensive rehab programme and a lot of practical advice. I would highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Great practice- did an 8 week Physio supervised rehab course after my ACL; was brought into the gym and given very specific instructions and exercises, all under supervision. Great way to stay motivated and get back to sport- highly recommend this Physio guided gym exercise regime for anyone with chronic or niggly injuries.

I found Eoin and the team to be super professional and they really helped me to get back on my feet and onto the field!
