Fantastic experience: I had issues with my back since childhood and tried everything with minor or no success until I had my first Pilates session with Jessy 16 years ago and now I don’t even remember what that back pain felt like.

Fantastic experience: I just love all the girls. They’re just so brilliant at teaching, adapting for my poor mobility and creative. I don’t know where I would be without pilates as it really helps me cope with my pain ❤️‍ I have chronic pain & poor mobility; I use a stick & a wheelchair. Highly recommended

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love the Pilates classes in this studio, either the matwork or the equipment. All the teachers are lovely, very professional and attentive. I can't wait to go back to the classes after this lockdown.

Fantastic experience: Having had zero experience with Pilates in the past I didn't quiet know what to expect but from the first interact with Jessy and her team I couldn't have felt more comfortable The room itself is beautiful - The instructor (Alicia?) was incredibly personable and very knowledgeable. I had a 1 to 1 equipment class; the time flew and I really enjoyed the class. Already looking forward to going back.
