Žana McKenna, a yoga teacher and therapist with over 15 years of teaching experience invites you to explore and experience the benefits of yoga, meditation and sound in yoga classes and individual tuition. The purpose is to provide a peaceful, supportive and caring space for all to feel better physically, mentally and emotionally. Santosha Yoga Space is open to people of all ages and fitness level to develop and improve their mobility, strength, confidence and contentment. The tools are conscious breathing, posture work, use of sound, relaxation and meditation.
