Fantastic experience: By far the best place to stay for the money. Booked with Orbitz for a much better rate. Overall lovely experience with professional service & great views, even with all the rain. Spa is nice amenity to take advantage of pool, steam room & hot tub ♨️ Enjoy!

Fantastic experience: We had a wonderful stay at Fitzpatrick Castle Hotel as a family of four – two adults and two teenagers. We had requested connected rooms and were happy to receive them, which worked out perfectly for us. Our daughters felt like princesses in their lovely room, with elegant decor, crispy bacon for breakfast, and very comfortable beds. We were also celebrating my husband’s birthday, and the hotel really went the extra mile. There was a thoughtful welcome in our room, and during dinner, the restaurant staff surprised us with a candle and birthday song – a small gesture that meant a lot. Even though the hotel seemed quite full, it never felt crowded due to the spacious layout. Check-in was smooth, and we appreciated getting access to our room a bit early so we could unwind. Dinner at Mapas Restaurant was a real highlight – great service and food that felt like fine dining. The pool was nice, though the chlorine level seemed a bit high (probably for hygiene), but still a pleasant experience. The atmosphere throughout the hotel was warm and welcoming. We felt truly valued as guests. The Library Bar, with its authentic charm and live music, was the perfect place to relax in the evening. Overall, an experience above the ordinary – we’d love to return!

Fantastic experience: We had a wonderful time here. The staff are all friendly and helpful. The food in the evening was amazing. In the morning a special thank you to John in the breakfast room for the extra fresh cream for my porridge. The bedrooms were clean, very large and the beds were very comfortable. The veranda was lovely to sit out on the first evening. Thank you to all the staff, my friend and I hope to return in the summer.

Fantastic experience: I confess, I didn't realize Fitzpatrick Castle Hotel was a "real" castle with a long history (c. 1741). Our stay was exceptional -- the staff was friendly and welcoming, the room was large and our request for a "high room away from elevators: was met. Altho the carpet could use updating, the room was immaculate, the bathroom large. The balcony was spacious and offered fabulous views of the Irish Sea. Breakfast was delicious with lots of variety and a friendly staff. We enjoyed wings and steak frites in the Dungeon Bar -- loved it's dark & cozy atmosphere. It's proximity to the DART led us to Bray, and we walked easily from the hotel to Dalkey for a tour of the castle there. Also within easy driving distance of Powerscourt House and Gardens. For whatever reason, I expected a touristy vibe, but it was not at all. Would happily return to Fitzpatrick Castle Hotel.

Fantastic experience: An excellent hotel. The staff went above and beyond. Our friend was unwell and they offered so much help and were so kind. Facilities are great. The pool is fab. The outdoor terrace was lovely. We ate in the Dungeon and we thought it would be nice but surpassed all expectations. It was excellent. Really nice food great service and so accomadating. Big plus there’s no supplements on steaks and the cheese board was amazing. Cheese board was enough for a whole table how it’s only €14 it was a steal. Great cocktails too. I wish we’d stayed longer lovely vibe really peaceful we will be back and for longer!

Fantastic experience: Fab food, Jacob's ladder beef rib was beautiful. Cheeseboard would feed about 3 people, was delicious and more than plentiful. Great breakfast.

Positive experience: Tried here for Lunch and very disappointed. Staff were polite and courteous but the food was well below par. We both ordered Steak and Guinness Pie puff pastry lid with Champ potatoes. What we got was warm stew with regular mash and a slice of toast cut in half. Very below par.

Fantastic experience: My husband and I stayed here the weekend of Valentines Day and had a lovely experience. We were upgraded to a beautiful Seaview Balcony Double Suite room, unfortunately it was quite foggy that weekend so didn't get to enjoy the views. The interior decor throughout the hotel was beautiful - we enjoyed a lot of time within their Library Cocktail Bar which held a very cozy atmosphere. The hotel is mins drive away from Dalkey and Dun Laoghaire so you're given options of close amenities. We were well taken care of by the staff; we felt instantly welcomed from the moment we walked in. I would highly recommend The Fitzpatrick Castle Hotel!

Fantastic experience: Lovely experience! I chose Fitzpatrick to celebrate a special occasion with my husband and it couldn’t be better, everything was perfect! Beautiful and huge room with an amazing view, very well cleaned and decorated. Delicious food, specially the salmon and desserts at Mapas Restaurant. Big thank you to the waitress David, who provided an excellent service, helping with an little problem at the menu and making sure we were well served. Breakfast also delicious with a range of fresh options. Definitely recommend and will be back in a future opportunity!

Negative experience: Came here with my family for my mother's birthday, we ordered five roast beefs and one burger, the roast beef was like eating leather the burger never came out I had to ask the Young guy serving us 3 times where was it, when my burger eventually did come out it was raw in the middle so I had to send it back and had to wait at another 20 minutes for my food, atrocious slow service and very over priced, day ruined.

Fantastic experience: I’d like to start by saying that the staff in Fitzpatrick Castle are excellent in the hospitality and service they provide. We availed of the Winter Warmer package for one night last weekend and myself and wife really enjoyed our stay from the minute we landed until we minute we left. Great location, very comfortable hotel with everything you could possibly need and as I have already mentioned a great staff team - very experienced, knowledgeable and customer oriented friendly staff. So all I can say is 10/10, love this hotel and we’ll be sure to visit again soon. P.S. I forgot to mention the Mapas Restaurant - have your evening meal there, honestly you will not regret it. Cosy and the best food.

Positive experience: The dungeon bar is closed!!!!!! This review is for awareness only. I have stayed is this hotel before and it was amazing but now with the dungeon bar closed there is a knock on effect and its negative. Meals are served in the lobby, along with the afternoon tea customers etc.....its a little hectic!! i would suggest contacting the hotel before your stay to check if all facilities are accessible during your stay.

When we asked our daughter what she would have like changed for her wedding at Fitzpatrick Castle, her only response was the weather. We can't thank them enough for all of their attention to detail that made this a wonderful experience for all of our family and friends who attended from near and far. Planned the wedding all over that phone from the USA and they went above and beyond expectations!

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend!!! We were staying just one night, and saw our room and immediately changed our future plans to come back for another four nights! Such friendly staff, shout out to Alan who seems to be everywhere and will do anything for you along with a good ‘ol chat about the area, the history, and other fascinating stories!

Negative experience: Very disappointed with the food & service for grinch afternoon tea. Travelled over an hour from meath for this, arrived at 4pm, our afternoon tea did not come out until 5pm after being ignored for 15mins when we first arrived. Pastries were average. Tea was gone by the time food arrived. We asked for no smoked salmon, it arrived with smoked salmon. No one checked in on us to ask about more tea etc. No grinch decorations. Left feeling disappointed.

Negative experience: I am usually very slow to put up a poor review, but on this occasion, I feel it is warranted. 3 of us went for lunch in the lounge today. We ordered Lattes, which we had to return as they were luke warm. Two of us ordered the Guinness stew, and the third person ordered a prawn salad. The stews came out almost cold, and we asked for them to be heated up. Having waited almost 30 mins before they were returned, we were disappointed to find that they were still luke warm. The food rapidly went cold, which was a pity as the flavour was good. Service was poor, and staff avoided eye contact on occasions. We won't be back except maybe for a drink. Pity as it is a lovely venue.

Negative experience: Really disappointing food for Sunday lunch in the lobby. The burger I got was tasteless with floppy pale rashers (instead of crisp rashers) a piece of very limp lettuce and really bland taste. Value for money it was not

Fantastic experience: Fantastic. We moved our annual American Thanksgiving event from the Dublin Hilton this year, and I am thrilled we did. Food was hot and delicious. Rooms are spacious and beautiful.

Fantastic experience: Stayed here for a rugby weekend (Ireland playing at the Aviva) and had just the best time. Hotel is stunning, staff very friendly and the location perfect. Contrary to rumours, it’s easy and cheap to get into the city centre, DART costs a paltry 2.60 euros and takes just over half an hour. Hotel is 15 mins walk from Dalkey station (do visit Finnigans pub in Dalkey village) but we were banjaxed and an Uber cost us 11 E and came in a minute. Library bar was perfect for a quiet late drink but if you want to use the pool you need a swimming cap in Ireland, which not being local I didn’t know.

Fantastic experience: Lovely experience from start to finish. They were kind and gracious throughout our stay; from accommodating an early check-in, assisting with luggage, attentive service at breakfast and in the bar. The bed was very comfortable too. Would, and plan to, stay again.  Maybe a longer stay to have more time to enjoy a walk along the beach nearby.

Fantastic experience: One of my favorite place that I stayed on my 3 week trip in Ireland. The hotel was amazing and interesting. The staff was welcoming and helpful. I loved! my seaview room and the balcony. The bathtub was a bonus. I enjoyed the leisure center with pool, sauna, ice bath, hot tub. It has a gym as well but I did not use that. If I ever go to Ireland again Fitzpatrick castle will be part of my trip.

Positive experience: The setting of this hotel is wonderful. The walk to the viewpoint and the obelisk at the top of the hill is well worth the effort for the panoramic views across Dublin Bay to Howth and down to Killiney and the Wicklow mountains. The public areas in the hotel that we used were very nice, in particular the Mapas restaurant, the Dungeon and the Cocktail Library. We didn't use the leisure facilities or PJ's during our stay. We only took breakfast one morning and it was ok but over-priced for what it was, we felt, despite the lovely breakfasting room. The stairway was tired but is undergoing renovation work. The bed was very comfortable and the bedding was good quality. There was lots of hot water for a soak in the bathtub but strangely the shower was less obliging and at best mid-warmth. The rest of the room and bathroom felt tired and somewhat dated, which is a shame as more could be made of what is a good-sized space. The staff were all friendly, welcoming and a credit to the hotel. We also enjoyed listening to live music one evening in the Dungeon bar.

Positive experience: The so -called trendy, modern Dublin hotels could learn a lot from this hotel. From my initial reservation to my arrival, my stay & my departure, nothing was too much trouble. Staff are courteous & well trained. There's a lovely sense of collegiality no matter where you are in the hotel. Staff take pride in their work. I had a couple of small issues with my room, which I communicated directly to the hotel in their e-mail to me, seeking feedback after I checked out. There was no issue with being allocated an accessible room, as should be the case. Ballsbridge hotels couldn't or wouldn't be bothered to do so! There is plenty of complimentary parking. Again, the Ballsbridge hotels, if they have customer parking, charge for it - €12 a day seems to be the going rate. I will definitely return to Fitzpatricks!

Positive experience: Absolutely wonderful. Service was great! Hotel staff very friendly. We were about a fifteen minute walk from local train service into Dublin. The local Ale was worth the stay!!! The hotel pub is a nice, cozy spot to have local cuisine for a decent price. Only downfall is if you are going to airport via taxi from this location. About $100USD to get there. Otherwise, definitely worth the effort.

Fantastic experience: After twelve days travelling around Ireland, we wanted to finish in Dublin, and we couldn’t have chosen a better hotel. A few years ago, we attended a friend’s wedding at this hotel, and we knew that at some point we would have to stay here. What better occasion than our honeymoon. We must say that the staff is top-notch, and despite a misunderstanding, they resolved it immediately, with special thanks to Andreea. We would also like to highlight the cleaning staff, who were always very polite every morning, as well as the breakfast team. The hotel is beautiful, with great attention to detail. We stayed in the suite, which has stunning views of the city. We are sure we will visit you again. Thanks to the whole team.

Fantastic experience: The staff at Fitzpatric Castle Hotel are all incredibly kind and helped with any questions we had! The hotel is incredibly clean and in a wonderful location! Mapas was absolutely amazing. The staff were incredible kind, warm and absolutely lovely, and the food was absolutely delicious. We ate there each night, and I couldn't believe how delicious each meal was. My Wife highly recommends the vegan flank stank. I had basically one of each non vegetarian meal and they were all fantastic. Thank you Mapas for such an incredible experience with amazing and caring service!

Positive experience: The Fitzpatrick Castle is a great place to stay while visiting Dublin. It's 5 minutes away from the local train station. A great way to travel to the city without the hassle of driving. The rooms were clean, but a bit dated. Which was fine, especially given the price point of a Dublin hotel. We opted for breakfast, as part of our room price, and it was great. John, who greeted each morning was stellar! FYI: I'd skip eating at their Mapas restaurant though. Expensive and on the boring side, flavor wise.

Fantastic experience: I recently hosted an event in the Business Centre at Fitzpatrick Castle Hotel, and I couldn't have been more impressed. Carl and his team were incredibly attentive, going above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. No request was ever too much trouble. The lunch was absolutely delicious, and all of the participants at my event had a wonderful and enjoyable experience. It was a truly pleasant day for everyone involved!

Fantastic experience: The hotel is very classic and surrounded by stunning scenarios of mountains and Dublin bay. The service is amazing. The foods are wonderful, have tried bf, lunch, and dinner. You can walk up to see the 360° view point at the killiney hill. The distance is walkable.

Positive experience: Happy with our stay at this hotel. It's in a stunning location which is close to Killiney Hill (a must climb) and full of history. The room was out of this world, it was so unexpected. It had beautiful antiques and furniture and a sitting room and separate bedroom it also had 2 bedrooms and a balcony. A massive balcony! Lovely touches with the chocolates left and Nespresso coffee machine. The views from the bed and balcony were of the sea, the pier and all the sails and ships coming to and from. Few things that took a star away was the inside of the hotel is slightly dated and doesn't reflect the bedroom we were given, the pool area needs painting and a good clean as I felt it was dirty and I didn't want to stay in the pool or showers as much as I normally would in hotels. I was weary of walking around the pool area in my bare feet as there was many puddles of cold water and the floors looked dirty. The hot water in our room was brown coming from the tap so it was worrying when I wanted a shower or needed hot water. The room service docket wasn't taken from our door so I had to ring reception in the morning to remind them we wanted room service for breakfast but this was sorted promptly. When the breakfast came it was amazing and the lady who checked us out was really friendly and kind. Would recommend this hotel!

Fantastic experience: We Renewed our Vows at Fitzpatricks castle hotel this September which included the Ceremony and a Full Reception for Eighty Guests. Our overall expierience was Amazing. Events Planner Karen Doran assisted us from the time of booking a year earlier right through to the day itself and her dedication to her job and professionalism is a credit to The Hotel. Assisted by her team the day went off without a hitch and most guests commented that it was the Best "Wedding" they had ever attended. Well done to Karen and Fitzpatricks, Ten out of Ten.......

Fantastic experience: Lovely hotel to visit for a short break with the kids! Playground and park next door which is very handy. The hotel also has a swimming pool. Dalkey village is lovely for a stroll around. The bedrooms were really lovely. Very comfy beds! The kids loved the breakfast in the morning. Netflix in the room was a bonus.

Negative experience: Made a reservation over the phone in May for an event in August. Rang the day before to confirm only to be told they had no record of our reservation and were fully booked out. Horseshow and AC/DC on in Dublin this weekend so no rooms available anywhere. We weren’t the only people affected by this, at least 4 others in the same boat from the event we are here for. Now faced with a two hour drive home . No explanation or apology, but tried to blame the event organisers even though room was booked directly through the hotel.

Fantastic experience: Excellent stay here for my wife's birthday. A lovely surprise from the kitchen was left for us in our room on arrival to celebrate the occasion. Food was excellent on both nights. Any past issues have been well and truly dealt with. We will be back.

Fantastic experience: Stayed for 1 night as a treat when we visited to watch Pink. Easy walk to the dart and very comfy bed. Breakfast for coeliacs wasn't great, standard breakfast was fabulous. We stayed on the top floor and had the most amazing view!

Negative experience: They mistreat all the employees, they make them work for hours without stopping, when cleaning the rooms we as guests see the employees always running from one place to another without rest and tired. I won't go back to this place again!

Negative experience: Amazing location, but room filthy, not remedied brought other coverings twice, which were also stained. Evening set menu ok, very overpriced for quality. Breakfast is dreadful, cheap food, and also poor quality. Not many vegetarian options. I had been raving to my sister about amazing irish breakfasts. This was not one of them! Sauna broken. The hotel requires serious refurbishment. Reception asked me to email my complaint and photos to pass on to management. I've heard no more. I have stayed in better 2 star hotels

Fantastic experience: We had our father's funeral lunch in Fitzpatrick Castle Hotel, Killiney and I can’t praise them highly enough. They gave us a lovely day and it was a pleasure to book with them - their professionalism, efficiency, attention to detail and warm, friendly manner. Even when we were unavoidably delayed, arriving at the hotel a couple of hours late, they were very supportive and accommodating and nothing was a problem for them. The occasion went very smoothly - the food, drink and service were excellent. A big thanks to the banqueting, bar and night staff. I highly recommend the hotel.

Negative experience: I booked for one night, but the price was much too high for what it offers in return (240 euros per night). You don't get anything included in this price, not even breakfast, everything is outdated, dirty and the staff doesn't seem friendly at all. I will never go back there

Negative experience: The staff at the hotel was not helpful or friendly, and the rooms were not well-maintained. The wallpaper was peeling off the walls, there were spider webs in the lights, and the bathroom had mold. We had originally planned to stay for 7 days but ended up leaving after just 2 days and booking another hotel.

Fantastic experience: Most comfortable bed I've slept in for a long time. The location is close to nice walks and a short spin to Dalkey town. Food in the bar was delicious. But what really makes Fitzpatrick's stand out is their staff. They go above and beyond to make their guests feel welcomed and at home. My father struggles with his eyesight and Hugh ( I hope I remember his name right) knelt beside him and patiently went through the entire menu with him. The kindness showed to us in Fitzpatricks was heart warming after a stressful day of hospital appointments. Staff like this are hard to come by. Many thanks. We will definitely return again.

Negative experience: As full time wheelchair I was invited to event in the hotel; Well the accessible is very bad steps up to the Door zero Access.! I had to go right down to the side door. Very steep ramps and carpet it very hard to push in carpet. The is know way i could get in with out help.! Talk about being treated like a second call citizen. I felt I was in the way and not wanted there. Very bad this day and age.! I would strongly advise anyone with a any mobility issues not to go the the hotel.

Fantastic experience: Fitzpatrick Castle Hotel was a lifesaver as we were so exhausted from our red eye flight into Ireland for New Jersey, USA and got to the hotel early like 11am. They were still able to find us a room and it was amazing- the service was expedient and timely. It’s a short walking distance to downtown Dalkey which is an adorable little town right outside dublin. And we also walked to Killiney Hill was had intense vistas of the entire city and nearby bay looking out to the Irish Sea! We ate at the Arlington Hotel as part so the Celtic Nights show and dinner and the food was great; I ordered the prawn salad and ☘️ Lamb Stew - yum! We only stayed a night but would’ve loved to stay longer if possible. We traveled with our 2 kids ages 8 and 11 and at the bottom of the hill there was a spectacular old-fashioned playground! We didn’t get to try the pool but it looked very nice and you need a swimming cap in order to swim in the pool.

Fantastic experience: We have taken the kids recently to Portugal, Spain, Paris and London, but this is the one. Great family room, excellent service and food. Just outstanding.

Negative experience: Unfortunately we picked wrong weekend to stay. They had too many functions on and not enough staff. So many things went wrong... The only nice memory I'll have, the slice of birthday cake and box of chocolate was left in the room on arrival.

Fantastic experience: Brought our girls for afternoon tea which was fabulous. Nina and Andrea were so friendly and helpful. We surprised the girls and stayed for one night, room was gorgeous and clean, pool was lovely and warm and the leisure centre staff were also very helpful. Breakfast was fab something for everyone. Would definitely return.

Fantastic experience: We enjoyed a really lovely family break in this hotel. Our room was very comfortable and spacious. The staff, service and food were all excellent. The pool was great and we used it each day that we stayed. We had lovely walks to Killiney Hill playground and up Killiney Hill itself. We would definitely stay again!

Fantastic experience: I have stayed at this hotel on a few occasions on both family trips and a girls weekend away. On all occasions I have found the service to be excellent with very friendly staff accommodating all our needs. The family rooms were large and spacious. The food in the restaurant was of a very high standard and offered good choice which was very good especially as I am a coeliac. Location is excellent as it’s within walking distance of a beach and also the dart which takes you straight into city center thus avoiding city center car parking charges I would highly recommend Fitzpatrick Castle for a weekend stay in Dublin.

Fantastic experience: We had dinner in Mapas for Mother’s Day and it couldn’t have been lovelier. Food was absolutely delicious and staff was amazing, in particular Ben who couldn’t have done more for us. Absolutely loved it

Fantastic experience: This hotel was beautiful, my favourite hotel I’ve ever been to. The staff were really friendly and the service was amazing. The rooms were big and beautiful the only problem was that the bed had caved in a bit but it was still really comfortable. The food in mapas was delicious and the breakfast was very tasty.

Fantastic experience: We had a 50th wedding anniversary lunch in Killiney Castle. The assistance prior to the day was really customer focused. The food on the day was excellent and the service was superb. Couldn't have asked for better. Sincere thanks to all the staff who were involved.

Negative experience: I’ve started playing Padel regularly at Fitzpatricks castle. It was a very enjoyable experience till recently, when they hiked up the price considerably and reduced any value at off peak times. Considering the paddle courts have only been open a matter of months it seems mad to be hiking up prices on your new customers already. In addition to this the courts are often covered in leaves due to their location. If you’re going to charge more than anywhere else in Dublin, at least keep the courts clean please

Positive experience: Stay was amazing. Went to Mapas for our dinner our waiter David was absolutely amazing. Very kind, attentive and went above and beyond for us. The room was cozy little bit outdated but very clean.

Fantastic experience: We had a fabulous weekend at Fitzpatrick Castle Hotel. The staff were lovely, really welcoming and helpful. The food was great. It’s the simple things that make a difference and the courteous staff were all amazing. Can’t wait to go back. It’s really handy for Dublin on the DART train too.

Positive experience: Great location which is its redeeming feature. However bed throws and cushions had dark stains and white stains. They took 30mins to come back with replacement, which had an even bigger dark stain. 3rd came back with light staining. Housekeeping was very confused at the start of what to do, as if it was reasonable to expect a few stains on the bed. Don't expect much if your vegetarian when it comes to hot breakfast and continental 'Selection of cheeses' meant a pack of sliced cheddar put out on a plate. Spa facilities are reasonable but sauna out of order. Chlorine in the jacuzzi appeared high, stung the eyes and it was very foamy. Doubt I'll book again. I've been to much nicer 3 star hotels.

Fantastic experience: Fitzpatrick Hotel We arrived after missing the Air Coach 703 from Terminal 1 Dublin Airport. The 703 stops within the grounds of the hotel. We entered the hotel through the reception door with datestone proclaiming 1847 proudly above the door. We were greeted by the and completed registration. We the asked if we required breakfast for our two night stay, we declined but did have breakfast on the Saturday morning. We were also advised to book the if required an evening meal at Mapas restaurant as it often gets busy. We didn’t manage to fit that in though. We were also asked if wished to use the spa facilities, unfortunately we never managed to do that either. The room keys for 406 were provided and we made our way to the room through the Lobby Bar area. The hotel has that old world and country house feel about it. The real wood fires roaring away and the smell of smoke add to atmosphere. The hotel is not shiny and new but is full of charm and character. The room offered a bath with a shower over it to cater for everyone needs. Although there was a high step required to get into the bath. The coffee and tea selection seemed a bit random but we enjoyed it anyway. The room was very warm as we were in the centre of the hotel with only one exterior wall with the window in it. The bed was comfortable and I had a good night’s sleep. The surface areas of the room were clean and the tidy. However as I did my hotel inspector bit I noticed a few areas that might need attention. Lobby Bar The Lobby Bar has a good selection of beers, wine and spirits. This is a nice area complimented by the live music in the evening. Winter Garden Breakfast We arrived at the Winter Garden and were seated in an alcove area. We were offers tea, coffee, juice and d fresh toast. The attendant comprehensively ran through the Continental Breakfast and a selection of hot buffet items. Everything was tasty and plenty of it. ++ Plus This is a very nice place to be and I would gladly stay here again. +++ The staff we met were friendly and helpful. — Minus Highland level and detailed cleaning in Room 406 could do with a revisit .

Positive experience: My partner and I stayed in Fitzpatrick hotel for my birthday, the facility’s were great there was something for everyone. The hotel is located in a lovely village with many shops within a 10 min walk. The pool and jacuzzi was amazing and the Shauna and steam room was very relaxing. We really in enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back. If i could get this hotel more than 5 stars I would I can not fault it.

Fantastic experience: The rooms were nice and spacious. Very clean hotel. Well situated for walks and trips into the village. Dungeon bar and tea area were quaint and great places for conversation. Lovely jazz band playing when we got there. Staff was very knowledgeable and helpful for getting us around.

Fantastic experience: Stayed here in the fall 2019. Loved it! Room was clean, spacious and super comfy. Spent a few evenings in the dungeon bar after a long day of walking and exploring. Very cozy place!

Negative experience: We went for a family day out to celebrate a grandparent's birthday. The service was awful nobody seems to know what table they're servicing. The food is over priced. Very disappointed that a lovely Christmas sweet treat left us with a sour taste instead.

Negative experience: My family and I went here for afternoon tea in the restaurant. To say it was disappointing would be a gross overstatement. The service was inattentive, and we were left waiting and had to keep trying to catch attention of the servers, who I can only assume were lacking in basic training. The orders were gotten wrong and the afternoon tea that came out was a gluten free afternoon tea, which we did not ask for. My mother had told the server she was celiac, but had ordered a gluten free meal from the a-la-carte menu. The afternoon tea consisted of poor quality unbuttered sandwiches and unpleasant tasting pastries. As for the price!? Absolutely outrageous! The afternoon tea alone was €70! It would have been disappointing at €20! The whole experience left a bad taste in our mouths. My mother later described it to us as embarrassingly bad, and I'd tend to agree. We will not be back.
