Fantastic experience: This place has helped me hugely. I suffered from anxitey so bad at times I hid from people. (Dead serious I hid from people, ) Going here was scary for me at first. I needed four months to build up the courage to go. But now I love it, I chat to nearly everyone in the club. I've gained so much from it. The last couple of years I felt weak and helpless, like I was unable to defend myself if attacked. Not anymore the training they do has helped me so much, I've come to the reilazation that I am more than able to handle myself. (Not that I will go out looking to fight someone) hugely recommend this place.

Fantastic experience: A perfect place to learn Kickboxing and Martial arts, as a Black belt in Taekwondo and years of experience in Martial Arts this is a place I recommend people to take part in because the main coach of this Martial Arts gym is very nice and shows respect for his students. Plus their are belt rankings in his Kickboxing style but in Kickboxing belt rankings our option-able which means you don't have to do the belt rankings because belt rankings are not an origin in Kickboxing. The pricing is also fair and is allows free trials for beginners if you live Lucan or Clondalkin or any where near Clondalkin then this is the place for you.
