Fantastic experience: I did the 8 week MBSR course with Fiona O'Donnell. This course most certainly provided me with life changing tools and strategies. Fiona was the perfect teacher for this course. Her empathetic nature and genuine interest in people provided the perfect space. This course is a must to do.
Fantastic experience: Did a mindfulness-based stress reduction programme with Fiona O'Donnell in 2016. Really great course, Fiona is great, has a lovely teaching style and shows huge dedication to seeing that her students benefit from the course. As in any mindfulness course, you will get out what you put in.
