Moons YOGA Loft (open since Jan 2019) - Mindful Movement, Mediation and Life Coaching. A sunlit haven in the centre of Blackrock. An urban retreat with a wide range of Yoga Classes, Movement Workshops, Massage and Meditation on offer. We also run a Life Coaching clinic at our Studio - through 1on1 sessions either online, or here on site. Lot's of varied class times on offer to suit todays busy lifestyle. Set beside a beautiful cafe, this Yoga Studio offers the total package ; some of Ireland's best teachers, in a beautiful exclusive space, with easy free parking & delicious coffee! Oh & if you are feeling brave - joing the Tribe for a dip down the street at Seapoint! Community is key to this local gem - small studio, big heart.

Fantastic experience: Such a gorgeous, warm and cozy little studio with the loveliest welcoming vibes. Lots of amazing teachers and classes, but I highly recommend Sam's Slow Flow class! Moons herself (the owner) is also an absolute sweetheart. Go treat yourself to some self care!
