Fantastic experience: Absolutely love going to classes at SYNC. Aoife has created a cosy and welcoming atmosphere yet delivers tough, results focused classes! Thoroughly enjoy all sessions including strength training, yoga, pilates, circuits and spin (with tunes and disco lights!). Also love Sunday morning yoga. A total gem and highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: If you are looking for a gym that offers challenging yet rewarding classes led by exceptional coaches who are dedicated to your success, look no further. I have been a member of this gym for over two years, attending spin, weights, and Pilates classes on a daily basis, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. Aoife and Mairead have created a fitness haven where every person feels valued and supported on their fitness journey. I have noticed physical improvements in my strength and endurance, but my overall well-being has also seen a positive transformation. The classes are undeniably challenging, but the sense of accomplishment after each session is truly worth the effort.

Fantastic experience: The best fitness classes in Galway by a long shot! Aoife is absolutely amazing. Every single class is completely different so you never get bored and your body never gets complacent. Gorgeous studio and really fun, friendly atmosphere but also very motivational. Great range of equipment. Broad range of classes from pilates to strength & conditioning to spin, yoga. Everything under one roof and so reasonable! Could not recommend Sync enough for any level of fitness from absolute beginners to advanced.

Fantastic experience: Sync is a gorgeous, warm and welcoming space in Barna, with a range of tough but super fun classes! It’s always hard work but also great craic. Aoife and Mairéad make such an effort to welcome everyone into Sync and I’ve loved getting back to working out after lockdown ❤️❤️

Fantastic experience: A beautiful haven away from the hustle and bustle of reality. Studio is so warm, zen and welcoming. Mairéad and Aoife are super leaders and strike the best balance of being motivational in their classes without going over the top! Loving spin and yoga classes so far.
