Fantastic experience: Great class, great space,great instructor. I joined as a complete novice having never done yoga in my life. Each class has been great and relaxing yet chalanging work out. I work a very physical job and within the first few weeks I’ve noticed a huge difference in flexibility. I would recommend to anybody 100%

Fantastic experience: Really enjoy the Hatha yoga classes. Very relaxing ... especially the candle lit evening class. Great location as well with plenty of parking.
