Yoga Sanctuary

Fantastic experience: I really love this yoga studio. It is so welcoming and calming. There are a variety of different classes on offer which I really enjoy as it means I can try different styles of yoga across the week. Going to regular classes has really helped to bring me back to the present moment, as well as do some important exercise that my body requires. Every single teacher here is beyond lovely and excel in teaching yoga. I am so very glad I found this place. I really struggled to get back into a regular exercise routine, but I find myself always excited to go to class here because it helps both my mind and body. I highly recommend this studio.

Fantastic experience: I regularly come to the beginners yoga class on Monday evenings, and always enjoy the session. The instructors are very calming and professional. Make sure to book in advance as the classes tend to fill up on the day. Would definitely recommend!
