I offer private one to one personalised yoga and mindfulness sessions, harmonising yoga classes and I specialise in yoga and wellbeing for the stages of menopause.

My background is specialist occupational health nursing. I have 20 years yoga and wellbeing training and experience to offer you. I am a certified instructor in several types of yoga, mindfulness, kinesiology, ho-oponopono and reiki. I am currently studying cognitive bahavioural therapy (CBT) for menopause and I have a keen interest in nutrition and all things health and wellbeing.
