Quay Yoga Cork provide yoga and meditation classes for beginners as well as for progressive students. Whatever one’s level of expertise, or reason for coming to yoga, the aim is to provide yogic skills for the art of living in a more harmonious way and give consideration to the individual needs of each student.

Quay Yoga Cork provide yoga and meditation classes for students of all level of expertise. The aim is to provide yogic skills for the art of living in a more harmonious way and give consideration to the individual needs of each student.

The Quay Yoga Studio is located on Georges Quay in Cork City Centre. Classes comprise a balanced synthesis of postures, breath/energy techniques, concentration , meditation, and deep relaxation. There is also opportunity for a range of other practices such as Mantra, Nada yoga (the yoga of sound), cleansing techniques and many more delivered in workshops and retreats in Cork and Ireland.

Weekly classes in yoga & meditation. All levels. Terms vary from between 6-12 weeks. New students can pay for one class before committing to a course.BOOK
