The Yurt is a special circular space nestled in the countryside in Co Kildare. Inside we offer yoga and mindfulness classes for Children, Teens and Adults. Live classes are also available online. Parents and Teachers can download pre-recorded videos for children, featuring breathing techniques, movement, fun yoga sequences and mindfulness practices. The Yurt also hosts group Sound Bath Meditations. The space is available for hire to practitioners offering their skills to enhance the wellbeing of others. It is a space for giving and receiving.

Fantastic experience: I'm so excited to share with you that TheYurt with Pamela Sage is incredible. TheYurt is serene, tucked away in nature, it's cosy, clean, and the shape and structure is so unique. Every-time I step into TheYurt I leave behind at the door any busyness or worries. I feel so nourished and peaceful inside TheYurt. Thank you to Pamela and TheYurt. I always look forward visiting! Niamh :)

Fantastic experience: The Yurt is such a special space and Pam is the calm that everyone needs. My daughter loves her children yoga classes and has learnt truly valuable skills to help with big feelings. Attended parent and child workshop this weekend, so enjoyable from start to finish with yoga flows, meditation, mindfulness, mandala making and finishing up with a sound bath. Looking for to the next one!
