At Douglas yoga rooms all our teacher are trained to the highest standards. Our teacher are committed to sharing their experiences with you. Having training with some of the finest teachers such Sonia Sumar, Josh Summers, Uma Dinsmore, Sarah Powers,Sri Andrei Ram Om, David Curtis to name but a few, our teachers bring a wealth of knowledge and experience in yoga in Cork. Each teacher is fully certified and insured.

Fantastic experience: A great variety of classes, Anne make sure that everyone can go at their own pace and I always feel a million dollars afterwards. A great bunch of people in the group too which is fab!
