Fantastic experience: Dropped in for a class while I was in Limerick for work. Perfect way to relax after a busy day. Room was lovely and the teacher was great, would defiently recommend :)
Fantastic experience: I have had a great experience practicing yoga with Kelly over the last year. Her space is open and inclusive and is perfect for the beginner or the seasoned attendee. She always brings something extra to her classes as well to keep them fun and interesting. Would highly recommend.
Fantastic experience: Kelly is an amazing yoga instructor! As a beginner I was a little worried that I wouldn’t be able to keep up but her style of teaching is very inclusive to all levels. She also offers alternatives to each pose if you find the pose uncomfortable which is really appreciated. Her studio is so lovely and relaxing and I always leave each yoga class feeling like a weight has been lifted off. Highly recommend breathe better yoga!
Fantastic experience: Really enjoy the classes here, especially the Yin Yoga ones. Can be daunting for guys to go to yoga but it's a really relaxed setting and well worth checking out if you're interested in taking up the practice. Yin Yoga as well is great for helping to switch off. Highly recommend!!

Fantastic experience: I only attended one class before leaving Ireland last year but i thoroughly enjoyed it. You made a space that was welcoming to all (beginners included). You were super informative aswell as having the ability to create a peaceful and relaxed enviorment to help me to full relax and let go during a meditation. Super kind and warm person. I look forward to returning to Limerick knowing theres classes that are affordable, accessible and highly enjoyable. Keep up the good work!
Fantastic experience: I have enjoyed my classes with Kelly. Her knowledge and understanding of the breathing techniques have helped me a lot. Focussing on the breath while performing asanas is an amazing way to release tension and also empty the mind. It can be ad hard or easy as you need and Kelly will give you options for each asana. I recommend her classes very much.
Fantastic experience: Kelly is an excellent teacher. I love her classes. Her love and passion for yoga and the way she makes you feel comfortable with your own pace is commendable. I have practised yoga for a while and I thoroughly enjoy Kelly's classes. Fantastic experience: OMG, I just had the most mind-blowing experience at tgis breath work and yoga class! The visualisation meditation was out of this world! ✨ It felt so real and transported me to another dimension. I've never felt so present and connected during a meditation before. Highly recommend this class for anyone looking to take their practice to the next level! ♀️

Fantastic experience: One of the most beautiful experiences I’ve ever had. Such an easy way to relax my mind and body whilst also stretching my muscles. Kelly is such an incredible instructor and so knowledgeable.

She focuses on breath work, which really elevates my anxiety. Kelly is so down to earth and I feel immediately relaxed with her. I’m looking forward to our next workshops.
Fantastic experience: This is the best yoga class I have ever done. Kelly has an amazing ability to make you feel relaxed while teaching stretches and breathwork that make you just float away. I had been breathing wrong my entire life without realising, always trying to fit too many things into a day that I became unaware of how I was breathing. I also have multiple sclerosis and deal with pseudo relapses every day. These affect my vision and how I walk and are usually caused by stress and heat but return to normal once I am relaxed. This class helped me slow down and regulate my breathing and the added adjustments with shoulder and neck massage make it like a spa treatment. Any stress and anxiety just leave my body. Learning how to regulate my breathing has had a huge positive impact on my health, controlling how long these pseudo relapses happen. This has been a welcome addition to my disease modifying therapies. Her Samhain work shop with hot cacao and delicious treats was otherworldly I would definitely recommend the workshops. Kelly puts so much detail into everything.
Fantastic experience: Love Kelly’s classes. She focuses on the breath work element of yoga which really helps relax me and calm my nervous system. Her time in Vietnam has also influenced her style of teaching which I find really cool, would recommend!
