Weekly classes are nearly over for the summer. If you wish to train in Classical Pilates Mat or Reformer in person in Galway and join the Pilates train my next training is in July 2023. The courses are intense and will cover classical poses by Joseph Pilates. I also teach weekly Pilates Reformer classes in my pilates studio in Kinvara, Co Galway. Classes are small and personal attention is my forte. There is no boring counting here, we learn a lot about our bodies, pelvic floor health, core firing, back work, you name it we do it. Classes are a mix of gentle and therapeutic to more advanced classes, but Pilates is never about the burn for me. It’s intelligent exercise without tension.
