The Hot Room (Hot Yoga Limerick)

Fantastic experience: I've taken two classes here with different instructors and LOVED both classes. The standard Hot 26 and a Hot Flow. I've had a practice on and off for over 20 years in New York City and I have to say both instructors are on par with any of the instructors there. I'm getting back into yoga after an injury and the heat is helping my flexibility and movement for sure. It's not impossibly hot also, which I appreciate, just enough. I'd recommend checking the classes out for sure. I'll be doing the hot sculpt also as I like to maximize results when possible - yoga, heat and stretching all in one hour - great solution if you are pressed for time and routine.
