The Zen Den

Located in Dunkineely, County Donegal, The Zen Den (operating as Zenergy Holistic Health Clinic) is a premier wellness center dedicated to restoring balance and vitality through advanced holistic therapies. Unlike traditional gyms, this facility focuses on cellular-level healing and systemic regulation, offering a unique sanctuary for those seeking to discover their true health potential. Whether you are looking to recover from injury, manage stress, or optimize your digestive and hormonal health, their team of highly experienced therapists provides personalized, non-invasive treatment plans tailored to your unique bioresonance profile.

The clinic is renowned for its cutting-edge technology, including being the only PEMF (Pulsed Electromagnetic Field) center in the North West of Ireland. Core services include comprehensive Bioresonance Holistic Testing using BICOM technology, which detects cellular-level imbalances before they manifest as major pathology. Based on these insights, clients receive targeted therapies such as HOCATT Wellness Pod sessions, Deep Oscillation Therapy, and Sound Therapy to support the nervous system, reduce inflammation, and promote deep relaxation.

For those focused on physical detoxification and internal health, the clinic offers professional Colonic Hydrotherapy to eliminate toxins and improve gut function, alongside specialized programs like Muscle Recovery Reset, Hormone Reset, and Nervous System Reset. The approach is entirely integrative, combining kinesiology, ReConnect, and digestive health combos to address the root causes of imbalance. With a welcoming, transparent environment and a focus on open communication, The Zen Den empowers clients to take an active role in their wellness journey, offering both single treatments and comprehensive health programs to ensure lasting results.

Fantastic experience: An amazing facial with Linda today. Linda includes lymphatic drainage massage and cranial sacral therapy, so this treatment is more than just a facial. Linda works to relieve tension and stress that you didn’t even know was there. 90 minutes of bliss Thank you and looking forward to my next treatment ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Fantastic experience: Myself and two friends booked a private Yin class with Marie. The level of detail and preparation she organised for us was outstanding. We chose a theme and Marie personalised the session for us. We were treated to some poetry she had written, bottles of water and even chocolate. She has a beautiful voice, gorgeous studio and a wonderful talent. A total treat for the mind, body and soul. Thank you Marie

Fantastic experience: We had a beautiful restorative practice with Marie this weekend. The yoga studio is absolutely beautiful, heated to a toasty temperature and an utter Oasis of calm and tranquility. Marie is a thoughtful and experienced yoga teacher. There were so many personal touches with beautiful poetry and music to accompany our practice. As a group we felt completely held in this special 90 minute yoga practice. I am so happy that a google search led me to Marie, she is a natural born healer whose passion for the movement can be felt in her class. Thank you so much for such a special memory
