Fantastic experience: Almost finished the first course of pregnancy yoga with Nadia in Balbriggan and will be signing up for the next course. I would highly recommend the classes, I've never done yoga before and that is no deterrent, the pace and movements are perfect for all stages of pregnancy. I'm in my third trimester and I feel relaxed and at ease after each class. Nadia's humour and light-hearteness give the classes the most positive vibe and it's also lovely talking to all the other mams to be.

Fantastic experience: I came across Nadia's shop while looking to purchase an eye pillow. I ordered a lavender and flaxseed eye pillow and it arrived today. I was very impressed with Nadia texting me to ask if I wanted the lavender and flaxseed added, she also texted to let me know she had completed the product and that it was on it's way. The product itself is beautiful and made to a high standard. I'm delighted with it and will definitely purchase from Nadia again.

Fantastic experience: I purchased these eye pillows for my husband who is recovering from surgery and was finding it hard to sleep. They are perfect to aid relaxation and settle the body into a restful state. They block out light and sooth tired eyes. I opted for lavender scented eye pillows for an extra boost of relaxation. There are so many designs and colours to choose from and are the perfect gift to give in such a busy world. I would highly recommend this product and Yoganamara.

Fantastic experience: I have always loved yoga and when I got pregnant I looked for a local teacher and I found Nadia! I took a weekly class with her from week 13 to week 40 and it really helped me during my pregnancy, to feel more relax and to keep active. Also, when I was in labour some of the positions she recommended were super useful! The only sad part was that because of Covid I couldn’t have a face to face class, but Nadia made sure that even as a zoom class, I felt part of the group and she will stop and explain if any question. I totally recommend her!

I found that Nadia creates a wonderful atmosphere of respect for each individual in the class and is very attentive to each of the participants and their requirements. Fantastic experience: Nadia of Yoganamara is a wonderful knowledgeable Yoga teacher. Her classes are friendly and inviting. She is very focussed on helping you as an individual pupil. Nadia’s classes helped me to focus and at the same time to let go and be in the moment. I often was distracted coming to class but at the end of 90 mins I had let all my stresses behind and always slept very well after her sessions.

Fantastic experience: I've attended a number of Nadia's classes over the past few years, whenever I have been visiting from Wales. She is an excellent highly experienced teacher and true yogini.
