Fantastic experience: As a 'mature' total beginner with lots of worn bits I was unsure whether yoga would be possible for me. Edel gave me a faultless introduction. As a registered physiotherapist she helped me understand and work around some of my physical limitations. I moved from absolute beginner to improvers group with Tara and am now committed to the physical benefits of greater flexibility and better posture which help me in all my other activities. The team of yoga teachers at the centre are so knowledgeable, encouraging, enthusiastic & accomodating. I could go on! Couldn't fault the place if I tried! Thank you all.

Fantastic experience: i'm delighted i came across sligo yoga centre while looking for a yoga mat online! managed to find an eco-friendly yoga mat at a reasonable price & it arrived less than 48 hours after i ordered it (with a little chocolate bar which was a nice surprise!). a great time to be supporting small irish business & i'll definitely be ordering from them again! le grá!

Fantastic experience: This place is a treasure, Tara and all of my fellow yogis were extremely welcoming. I was just visiting the area, but if I was lucky enough to have this studio in my town I would be attending class regularly. The personal touch of Fionnuala was so comforting. She set me up for success, always attentive to me and the other students.
