At the heart of our studio is our founder, **Gabi Gillessen**, a distinguished figure in the Irish yoga community. With qualifications dating back to 1997 from the Irish Yoga Association (IYA), and holding an Introductory Iyengar Yoga Teaching Certificate, Gabi brings decades of expertise and passion to every session. As the Chairperson and Senior Tutor of the IYA, she ensures that Root to Light adheres to the highest standards of teaching, safety, and tradition.

We offer a diverse range of **Yoga Classes** and specialized instruction covering standing postures, pranayama, and relaxation techniques. Beyond regular classes, Root to Light is a vital center for professional development and community engagement. We regularly host seminars, workshops, and comprehensive teacher training courses in collaboration with the Irish Yoga Association. These programs are designed to deepen practice for students and provide rigorous training for aspiring instructors.

Our team of qualified teachers represents a variety of backgrounds and styles, ensuring a rich and inclusive learning experience. Established in 2006, our purpose-built yoga space has grown into a focal point for wellness in the region, combining a peaceful atmosphere with professional-grade facilities.
