Fantastic experience: Excellent opening hours pool and gym

Positive experience: For the price its okay, but needs to badly be fixed up, alot of the machines are in terrible condition, little to no lockers in the changing rooms even work , could be cleaner.

Fantastic experience: All good, no complaints

Negative experience: Tired looking gym equipment. Overloaded dumbbell racks (one fell on my foot when I was trying to grab a pair), several broken lockers in the changing room. Doesn’t feel very clean.

Positive experience: I used it for the pool,l rang before hand to explain l had mobility issues and was told it was disability friendly, the staff are lovely, but the ground when it's wet is very slippery they could do with having someone. to maintain the ground to prevent an accident happening, l used the Carlow branch,also the steps into the pool are metal and very slippery if using them bring a small towel to dry them beforehand .

Positive experience: Gym machinery needs updating but the new lady staff member is so lovely.

Positive experience: Great staff, great gym, great pool, took two stars off as the constant smell of wee in the mans changing rooms is terrible

Positive experience: За співвідношенням " ціна-якість" непогано. 4 бали за те, що не дуже чисто. Проте є лояльність до дітей, які відвідують сауну и парову( до 16 взагалі тут чомусь заборонено). Теплий басейн, безліміт по часу і є абонементи. Рекомендую.

Fantastic experience: My usual routine is 20 minutes on the threadmill at speed 4 and incline 14, it works up a little sweat and gets you in the mood for some of the machines. I then move on to some of the machines for half an hour or so to work the arms, shoulders, chest, legs and back muscles. Then to finish off with a good heart pump, I climb 10 flights at speed 13 on the stepmaster 5000

Fantastic experience: The staff is super friendly, the place is clean and you all the in one place, pool, gym, jacuzzi, sauna . What else ypu need ? Also the prices are very competitive.

Positive experience: The food is always top notch quality, and the place kept reasonably clean and tidy for a hotel bar. The unfortunate issue is that the young staff seem to be very poorly trained...yes they are friendly but needs to be coaxed into providing menu's, taking orders and on our most recent visit our waitress totally ignored us once actually managed to order was MIA as soon as I tried play the bill. I had to wait the best part of 10 minutes at an empty bar trying to get the attention of a gormless young barman sporting blank expression and was operating at what can only described as a glacial pace. All in all its grand if like us you live close and don't feel like cooking on a Sunday.

Positive experience: Not a bad gym and pool, limited amount of weights and benches but will get the job done. Pool has a great lane area for doing lengths. Sauna and steam room excellent. Place is always clean and very helpful and friendly staff.

Fantastic experience: Nice staff, we go swimming there every Sunday and staff is great, keeping the place clean and making sure social distancing is in place. Changing area is being cleaned on regular basis.

Fantastic experience: Robin and staff , particularly Robin is fab, very good instructors and nice pool.

Positive experience: Good covid 19 measures in place and Mark and the staff very helpful and keeping place well sanitized . And keeping numbers in the gym under control
