Fantastic experience: I was in the gym this morning for my first time we ever to use the gym I'll definitely be back I really enjoyed my experience in the gym

Positive experience: Nice place. Not many people during the day. More busy at the end of the day. Air conditioning could be better. Colder in winters, hot in summers. But overall I think the best gym Carlow so far. Staff is very nice as well.

Fantastic experience: The Gym is an excellent fitness facility that truly stands out. It's always clean and well-maintained, creating a pleasant environment to work out in. The staff is incredibly friendly and always willing to help, making you feel welcome from the moment you walk in. Even during peak hours, I've never had to wait for equipment, which is a huge plus. The opening hours are fantastic, accommodating various working schedules, making it easy to fit a workout into your day. Overall, I highly recommend The Gym for anyone looking for a great place to exercise!

Fantastic experience: So far the best gym in Carlow. Lots of machines and lots of free weights, crossfit zone. And the social facilities are definitely better than in other gyms Membership Could be cheaper.

Positive experience: One of the best gyms I've ever been to. The gym is laid out by body part / muscle group which is is extremely efficient for getting a solid workout in, without having to go to all four corners of the gym. I went there almost exclusively at peak times to try and see if I could get workouts in without having to wait too long for machines. I only ever had to wait a handful of times for a machine because there are so many alternatives and duplicates of popular machines. There is a lot of variety for all types of workout types, bodybuilding, conditioning, strength, power lifting, cardio, Olympic lifting and similar. The gym is always warm with music playing and friendly helpful staff. The only criticism I have of the gym is that the male locker room is in dire need of an extract fan, it's humid which is fair enough in an open plan with toilets and showers sharing the space. However, everyday I was there the locker room was smelly. It's just stale air that doesn't circulate, it would only be remedied with an extract fan installed. The smell of the toilets linger with no windows that can be opened. Other than that very good gym.

Fantastic experience: Probably the best gym I have ever been to although if your headphones die the playlist can be a bit hit and miss. Who hurt you “The Gym Carlow”, sometimes sounds like you are going through a rough break up.
