Carrigaline Reflexology is based in the Carrigaline Wellness Centre. Ruth is a qualified Reflexologist and a member of the Irish Reflexology Institute. Reflexology involves pressure or rotation on reflex points in the feet that correlate with certain organs and glands in the body. Any discomfort on these areas relates to a problem in and around the area but once this congestion is eliminated the flow of circulation is optimised and the body goes back into balance. Reflexology can treat a myriad of conditions from anxiety, fatigue, stress related conditions to PMS and Menopause symptoms, back pain, gout, stress, fatigue and exhaustion, adrenal overdrive, headaches to list but a few. A very relaxing treatment!
