Fantastic experience: I met Almudena through a networking event, and am confident to say that she is one of the most knowledgeable Yogis I know. Her attention to form, function and technique is second to none. Welcoming, friendly and safety conscious, you will be in excellent hands in one of Almudena's classes.

Fantastic experience: Beautiful yoga studio, great atmosphere! Almu is a top class instructor who cares about her clients, I love her classes!
