The HIIT Zone’s signature classes combine body part specific, multi-directional movements using CONDITIONING equipment, kettlebells, slam balls, wall balls, battle ropes and body weight exercises performed in high intensity intervals to burn maximum calorie levels within each 45-60 minute HIIT class.
