Negative experience: i booked for 5pm on a saturday and they were closed when i got here

Fantastic experience: It was absolutely amazing! I particularly wanted to commend the lad at reception. He was incredibly friendly, helpful, and made a positive impression. It's clear that the business is in safe hands with him. Although I don’t know him personally, his professionalism and demeanor were noteworthy. Thank you again for a wonderful experience. Fantastic experience: Everyone should pop down here ,staff so friendly ,place always spotless can’t fault it!!

Negative experience: Booked the room online for an evening last week, when I arrived I was told that it's not open on Wednesdays, which is not noted on the website or Google opening hours. Have sent numerous emails to the owners seeking a refund which have all been ignored. Highly unprofessional and plenty of alternatives, would avoid if possible.

Fantastic experience: Went to the Royal Recovery Rooms after out last long run before DCM Aaron looked after us so well after he finished laughing at us in the cold bath but had a lovely cup of tea while relaxing in the compression boots felt brand new afterwards and slept so well that night would highly recommend a visit to them

Fantastic experience: I’ve started to come here regularly to aid my recovery while training for a marathon and muscle fatigue from the gym. It has helped me so much especially the Ice Bath (I’ve worked up to 10mins). The staff are really helpful and motivate you especially when your in that Ice Bath All the equipment is top of the range (the recovery boots are unreal for tires legs) And I love that place is constantly being cleaned - Thanks guys

We are regularly in the Royal Recovery Rooms getting looked after and top class Customer service everytime,brought my team of under 15's footballers two day's before Their Cup Final win last Saturday,the Lad's won on penos, but in extra time the Lad's were so so strong, put alot of that down to our time in the Royal Recovery Rooms..Thanks Lad's
