FitFor45 Ashbourne

Fantastic experience: I've been going to FitFor45 for more than 3.5 years and I love it. The trainers are great, and they allow for all types of fitness levels/injuries/abilities. The other people who go are lovely and there is a great choice of class times available

Fantastic experience: I joined fitfor45 a year ago and can honestly say it was one of the best decisions I've made. Outdoor training in the dome allows for fresh air while exercising and keeping dry on rainy days! The classes are varied, they accommodate all levels of fitness and are super supportive. The trainers explain and re-explain every exercise (for some of us members who miss the first demo ) and offer modifications and or alternatives for each one. The trainers are patient and will encourage you to challenge yourself. The members are friendly, the playlists are decent and we all have a bit of banter while getting it done! I'd highly recommend the classes!

Fantastic experience: Fitfor45 is the best fitness club in Ashbourne, Co. Meath, Co. Dublin or probably in all of Ireland. I joined so many clubs, gyms down through the years and none compare with Fitfor45. No.1 it is outdoors, No.2 The equipment and variation in the classes is excellent. No.3 the professionalism, instruction, motivation, encouragement, and good humour of the instructors and the social aspect with other members of the club. About to complete a Feb. fit challenge, another super inclusion in the club and a focused time to increase one's fitness level, participate as a team member and remind oneself that the" two minute plank "is only for 28 days and with the good habit formed a one minute will suffice on day 29 and there afterwards. As I said above, of all the clubs I ever joined down through the years and there were many, I've found that Fitfor45 is the best.

Fantastic experience: Great classes that really improve your fitness, no two classes are the same which keeps it interesting! Coaches always give modified versions of exercises for anyone with an injury or difficulty with set exercises. I don’t think I’ve seen anyone leave a class who wasn’t smiling (with relief) that they’d survived the session . I would highly recommend these classes.

Fantastic experience: Fun and dynamic classes held outdoors (covered dome area for the rainy days) with lots of variety held over 45 mins by experienced instructors. Perfect for even the busiest. Morning and evening classes available and all levels catered for in a really friendly and welcoming environment. Instructors are really encouraging and motivational.

Fantastic experience: I'm with fitfor45 since the beginning & I won't be going anywhere elseI love everything about the training here. The coaches are great & so encouraging,each class is different & we have a bit of craic too. It's great training outdoors,in good weather & bad! Would recommend fitfor45 to anyone !
