Fantastic experience: I joined Alan last year after two pregnancies during lockdown so all my previous fitness and muscle gain had come to a sudden halt, with what I taught was a old knee injury from running and lower back problems from lifting through work I was educated very quickly by Alan showing me correct lifting technique, correct posture while heavy lifting and taking the time moving from one station to another. 1 year later and I can say 100% , I run now without pain, i am more flexible, I'm stronger in my body than I ever was, which now allows me to participate in events where I once burnt out or didn't have the endurance ability to finish. If you need to build your muscle strength, body & endurance without relentless HIIT classes and racing between stations, lifting incorrectly or beyond your ability then do yourself a favour and join Alan. He's also a great listener for all those rants I have during our sessions Wishing him a continued success
