Best Body Health & Fitness gym

Negative experience: My host student was treated very unfairly by this gym today, after attending the gym for a year. She felt it was because she was Spanish.

Fantastic experience: Went there first time yesterday, humble people, old school vibe for sure.. all equipment are there, nice staff, I took the monthly then itself...cant wait to go back

Fantastic experience: Easily the best gym in Carlow and Daniel continues to improve upon it since it's inception. Huge credit to Daniel and all the staff. I trained here before it was BestBody. It's atmosphere is legendary for those serious about lifting weights etc. I 100% recommend it. If ever a gym felt like home, it's this one. Great memories made and friends over the years. Everyone is there to help, not judge. Very welcoming for all levels.

Fantastic experience: The friendliest gym in Carlow! The owners and staff are lovely while the equipment is focused on intermediate to expert lifters. That said, there are also treadmills, ellipticals and an area for boxing. If you're just in town visiting family, it's €5 for one day or €10 for a week.
