Fantastic experience: Pavel and his team are absolutely brilliant. Pavel puts his heart into coaching, he always comes up with activities and great ideas for kids. The training is amazing, you see your kids become stronger and more confident. Its same for adults, I love the structure of the class, and it is so interesting, you start the class and never even think to look at the time, 1 hour goes by like 10 min. The atmosphere is very warm is welcoming. Thank you Pavel and the team, we are happy to be part of your community!

Fantastic experience: Pavel and Ben are great with the kids. Make it a fun experience but also teach the kids to follow the rules. Pavel is amazing at comforting the kids when they get upset always takes the time out to talk /calm them down and never ignores them. Fantastic team

Fantastic experience: I signed my son because I thought he needed to built a bit of resilience, he was so shy and unsure the first 2 classes but Pavel and Ben slowly brought him in and by the 4th class he told me he felt like a superhero. I seen him become more confident in and outside the club. I then decided to join myself and what a fantastic way to exercise, great work out, fun and classes filled with laughter. I have never been good at sports and always felt intimidated joining gyms but the classes in kilcoole are for everyone, every size, every age and every level of fitness . You are made feel so welcomed. It's the best thing I have ever done for myself, both physically and for my mental health. Best work out for stress

Fantastic experience: I attended Kilcoole for about 12 months up to the end of October 2022. There is great camaraderie, a really positive vibe, wonderful training and all done in a totally non-judgmental way. All ages, sizes and abilities are welcomed and made to feel part of the team. A really great way to exercise, make friends and learn really useful self defence techniques. I plan to get back there later this year.

I can see how much her confidence and fitness levels are improving. Pavel, Tamara and all coaches are fantastic with kids. They always make sure everyone feels included. I also started krav maga myself, for what was supposed to be 8 week adventure. Over 6months later, my only regret is, that I didn't start sooner. At first I was afraid I'm too out of shape for it, but trust me, it is for all fitness levels. And you will be amazed how quickly it will improve. It's a great way to clear your head as well. I recommend it to everyone. We joined a club and gained a family.
