Fantastic experience: Cannot recommend Soulmoves classes enough. Find your fit (yoga, exercise, workshops) and give yourself the gift of classes. Laragh and Sarah are amazing: empathetic, positive, nurturing and challenging all at the same time. You won't regret it.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend the prenatal yoga classes with Laragh. Hugely beneficial for mind and body and set in a beautiful yoga studio. Laragh is warm and knowledgable and classes are well structured in a cosy environment. Thanks Laragh.
