Negative experience: Guy at reception would or would not charge 2 euro extra for a towel, I guess depends on his mood

Fantastic experience: My favourite hideaway in Dublin, so much so, I didn’t want to share it until now. Great gym, new equipment, has everything you'd need for strength and cardio. The pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room are so relaxing and well maintained. Yet the best thing about it is the staff. Robbie leads an amazing team and they can't do enough to help.

Fantastic experience: An absolute paradise for relaxation! The wellness spa was transformative, I loved the hot stone massage and aromatherapy sessions. Staff went above and beyond to ensure every detail was perfect. Can’t wait to return!

Negative experience: I cant speak for the facilities, but the employee I met at reception on Saturday afternoon was rude, unhelpful and should not be in a front of house position.

Negative experience: Shocking decision to increase annual membership by 66% from 2023 price in 2024. No new gym equipment, no extra included PT sessions. Only a lick of paint and men showers improved, female showers still the same. One can understand inflation but this price is miles beyond inflation. Can understand if true investment was being made in the gym but that is not to be seen. Current price it is at you are better to go to another gym with superior facilities.
